  1. day late 14 pages short F5? Countdown T - 4 days 8 hours and counting The offer will pay Clay $24.5 million over the first two season. holy , he better be worth it That per-year average of $7.6 million would make Clay the fourth-highest paid tight end in the NFL, behind only Seattle’s Jimmy Graham ($10 million), Jacksonville’s Julius Thomas ($9.2 million) and Amherst native Rob Gronkowski of New England ($9 million)
  2. pasta manana double post? I WIN!!!!
  3. I had forgotten Gronk didn't play at all, as well as Julian Eddleman http://www.patriots.com/news/2014/12/28/rob-gronkowski-julian-edelman-among-patriots-inactives (11) Julian Edelman, WR (35) Jonas Gray, RB (39) Brandon Browner, CB (54) Dont'a Hightower, LB (63) Dan Connolly, OL (76) Sebastian Vollmer, T (87) Rob Gronkowski, TE
  4. There are a few teams with cap space that could afford him. Teams (beyond Buffalo and Miami) that have or had interest in Clay 1 - Brownies 2 - Bronco's 3 - Bengals 4 - Packers http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2322952-charles-clay-rumors-latest-buzz-and-speculation-surrounding-free-agent-te http://www.milehighreport.com/2015/3/1/8130395/could-the-denver-broncos-have-interest-in-charles-clay
  5. Yes, I put a * next to it and the outcome had Brady & Gronk and others played all game would = a loss. In the 2nd half the Putz put in their second stringers, and the Bills 1st string offense couldn't score a single point. http://patch.com/massachusetts/foxborough/game-notes-bills-snap-patriots-home-winning-streak-down-patriots-17-9-0 How often has Brady overcome a deficit in the 2nd half? Most of the time (against Buffalo 99%) How often have the Putrids lost a home game in the regular season? Very very very few. Aside for pride, this was for all intents and purposes, a nothing game based on the inactive list alone. Nevertheless, showing off one of the best defenses in the league combined with the Patriots sitting their best receivers, the Bills walked away with a 17-9 win over the Patriots, giving Buffalo their first win at Gillette Stadium in franchise history and breaking the Patriots’ 35-game win streak against AFC opponents at home. The most consecutive home wins against division opponents since 1970: Patriots 2009-14 17 PATRIOTS SNAP STREAK OF 16 STRAIGHT HOME WINS PATRIOTS SNAP 17-GAME HOME WINNING STREAK AGAINST THE AFC EAST
  6. tell that to the detractors please and or tell that to the statisticians please yet on occasions one guy can foul the whole thing up
  7. 86 pages.. Yolo we need a new thread!!!
  8. you can do multiple choices. I'm too stupid to figure it out myself, 1 nickelback 2 creed 3 bono 4 nsynch - in stink 5 the stain on my shorts 6 telemarketers
  9. All I can offer is. Do you like limited parking? Do you like living in a city? I've grown to like the burbs, but with prices the way they are you need to go (typically 30 to 50) miles outside the city for lower prices. the further you go out the longer you need to drive for groceries. Which sucks in a blizzard St. Catharines, ON, Canada? How often do you wish to enter and leave the country? Expect constant delays at the border crossings. You work in NY expect to pay NY taxes no matter where you "reside"
  10. Greggy - you are soooo cute!!!
  11. ding ding ding That is when I feel the need to smoke. When I am bored and or super stressed out.
  12. understood. Don't we often find that the case though? someone has to go the extra mile to mess up a conversation. I don't like the taste of Starbucks coffee, I find it over priced and when I do go to Starbucks with a co-worker I ask for a medium coffee.
  13. Meh = ambiguous towards a person, place, thing, or situation. so-so or - Oh well, It doesn't matter and or I don't care. about the guy as a QB ergo Meh is Matt Cassel too long a story to get into as to why it's used here
  14. yes the odds differ sit to site, I posted what I saw from The Wiz @ 75%, then I went and found a site to back it up. the odds are getting better. now the team has to execute
  15. unless another team beats Buffalo to the punch
  16. What I honestly would like to know is the truth from the FO. (and soon - after the draft) Was Meh brought in as a mentor Was Tyrod brought in as a backup or a legit competitor to EJ Do they have any real faith in EJ
  17. it was his sophomore slump !!! [for those unsure.. that is meant as a joke] All I got to see was training camp highlights and a 2-0 start to the season followed by an 0-2. Then I got to see a bunch of 3 and outs with the more experienced guy with was also .500 for the season . Yes, I say .500 because the Putrids handed the Bills a gift in week 17. now we have a young guy we still don't know if he's the guy or not and 2 more unknowns. Marrone sure did us up. [for those unsure.. that was not meant as a joke]
  18. OK. you got me there. If he truly loved Buffalo the Cheatriots would be the last place to visit.
  19. WOW that is busy!! Word came from The Buffalo News on Monday that the Bills are inching closer to (finally) making Clay an offer, and that it’s going to be loaded with reasons the Dolphins won’t want to or cannot match. The ol’ poison pill approach.
  20. you might convince one or two of them, not all. Oh and you need to be specific and use the Buffalo Bills as the key criteria.
  21. But Whaley apparently thinks Manuel’s struggles ... have had more to do with coaching than the player. Whaley is, according to an NFL source, conveying those thoughts to the candidates that he and the rest of the Bills’ hierarchy have interviewed for the team’s head-coaching vacancy.
  22. that's cold it's pretty chitty of you to pick on beerball so
