Paul - yes. Kelly (who I doubt you are including) should still be burning in hell. -

You do know that request comes at a cost of someone’s time right? It doesn’t just appear. We can’t get people to go to Page 2, let alone another section of the site for amateur writers who don’t bother spellchecking their work. Amateurs who don’t know how to write well are a ginormous distraction because many people can’t get past all the errors and they will just hammer them for those errors. Look no further than this thread. This will happen every single time and does not result in quality conversation. Writing is easy. Writing well is hard. It’s an actual profession that many seem to forget.

We rarely would post a link to random guy on random site unless there was something particular about their content. Opinion pieces on the Bills? Not so unique. Just from the complaints in this thread - I would say this isn’t a writer we would seek out. As for others, they typically should have journalism/English degrees, access to the team and hopefully extensive knowledge from playing. Maybe stats/analytical background if that is the flavor of the piece.

And there it is folks! The same post that every single other advertiser ends with... It's me - not them. You see, when I said you didn't join in good faith - you just confirmed you didn't. You aren't at all interested in our long-standing rules or what the guidelines are to be a contributing member here. You have ZERO interest in us, except for producing clicks for your website. You are offended by our rules because you don't financially benefit from them... which... wait for it... Is exactly why we have them in the first place. Go away until you stop expecting the world to give you things.
-
Yeah. You don't get it. The people who join to advertise NEVER do and comments like these are a continuous reminder that I'm doing the right thing. We are not here to further your career/side business goals. We are not a tool to use for your gain. Members join to serve the community, not themselves. That you view us through the lens of "what can they do for me" is the exact reason we don't allow such posters.
-
Unfortunately, our rules here don’t allow this. Our community is solely for the use of legitimate community members. We don’t consider registrants who join to drive traffic to their websites to have joined in good faith. If you would like to stay and discuss the Bills please do. But you’ll need to leave your personal business out of it.

Pyschoanalyzing McDermott’s Coaching Ideology
SDS replied to Dr.Sack's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think you would make a better argument if you could back up this assertion with a population study showing that there was a correlation between devout beliefs and the lack of aptitude in basic math and science. There are a lot of people who are bad at that. -
