    I may be off base on this, but what is the typical shelf life of a specific reporter in a market? It seems to me that if you have been writing for 29 years in the same market you should probably be a rockstar revered journalist. I am not sure the two in question met that level of esteem. With their tenure either you are a local treasure or your voice probably needs to be refreshed.

    Hey guys and gals... I just wanted to point out something obvious, but needs to be said anyway. This is a Buffalo Bills message board and though occasionally conversations get heated, for the most part, most everyone should be transparent to the moderators in day-to-day conversations. However, if you find yourself reporting posts every single day or if you have your posts reported every single day then that means you are inserting yourself into the life of the moderators on a daily basis. There is absolutely no reason in the world why this should ever happen. Interacting conflict free on a message board is a very low bar of social interaction to clear. We have had thousands of people come through here and able to navigate that successfully. Please do not be a high maintenance poster. Thanks.

    He's an at will employee. His employers chose to fire him. Perhaps he should have sought union protection? I trust that the reasons for his firing were sufficient for Kim and Terry and their business. P.S. Your optics are awful.
