  1. How do you quote my original post, presumably reading: "If you want to re-litigate the 2017 draft, then I'm sorry to say that happened 18 months ago and there is a 48 page topic that you can read that discusses it extensively." and then follow up with this? This went over my head.
  2. [This is an automated response] As a courtesy to the other board members, please use more descriptive topic titles. A single name if far too vague to post as a title and provides little insight into what specifically the post is talking about. The topic starter can edit the topic title line to make it more appropriate. Thank you.
  3. You have been a member of this community for six years. Have you not seen anything regarding name only topic titles?
  4. I literally just closed a topic for this reason. I make a NEW topic that says please use this one to discuss PATRICK MAHOMES. You list half a dozen grievances about the Buffalo Bills 40 minutes later.
  5. The topic is discuss Patrick Mahomes, not Josh Allen. There are plenty of Josh Allen topics to post in.
  6. This kinda reminds of the old criticism of Gregg Williams. People used to insult him for interviewing well. ? What was he supposed to do? Tank interviews on purpose? Mahomes plays great with great talent around him. That's probably a good thing. I don't know if he is Mark Rypien or Kurt Warner. It will be interesting to watch it unfold.
  7. [This is an automated response] This topic is no longer contributing positively to the community and therefore the discussion has been closed. Thank you.
  8. Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes is off to a blistering start this year. If you are a fan of offense, then the Chiefs are the team to watch this season. If you want to discuss Patrick's play this season, this is the topic to do so. If you want to re-litigate the 2017 draft, then I'm sorry to say that happened 18 months ago and there is a 48 page topic that you can read that discusses it extensively.
  9. So, this particular slant on this topic has run its course.
  10. Guy has 7 warnings. Some with 0 points. Choses to argue the point. "I only have 4!" ? I apologize to the community for letting this guy get 7 warnings and not dealing with him sooner.
  11. Your 7 previous warnings suggest otherwise. Use this last chance wisely.
  12. Eventually, those with poor social skills eventually find their way elsewhere. Nobody chases anyone way for posting quality opinions. However, people do get cranky when posters are obnoxious asshats. Pro tip: There is NOTHING you can write in our community, either in 4/17 or in 10/18 that changes ANYTHING with the Buffalo Bills. Not a thing. The trade still occurs. KC still gets Mahomes, the Bills get Allen. Nothing changes. Whatever crusade you are on has no purpose. It literally ends in the abyss. You could convince 100% of the people here to agree with 100% of your opinions and nothing changes. So stop acting like it matters. It doesn't. Fans come here as an extension of their entertainment experience with the Bills. If you decide to detract from that, if you decide to make this a worse place to visit because you want to re-litigate the 2017 draft, then this community isn't for you. We are here to enjoy each others company. Figure out how to be enjoyable to be around.
  13. As the owner of the community, this is my business. I have given fair warning that the constant vitriol in this topic towards other posters and events that occurred 18 months ago has run its course. I am willing to keep the topic open because Mahomes is having a season worth discussing. It will be closed if it is only going to be used as a base to launch weekly attacks on everyone.
  14. http://www.espn.com/blog/nflnation/post/_/id/273678/a-year-later-the-chiefs-would-do-it-all-again-with-patrick-mahomes-ii “I’d been working about five or six different deals. I started this one probably about five days [before the draft], and then [Buffalo general manager] Doug Whaley and I just talked through the whole thing, and then we talked every day. We talked before the draft and, ‘Do you still agree?’ and he says, ‘Yes, I still agree.’ So, we had come to a gentleman’s agreement, but you can never underestimate when you go through that draft. Somebody can pull the rug out from under you, and all of a sudden you’re left holding nothing.”
  15. No one outside of Buffalo gives this a second thought. Just like no one outside of Buffalo talks about Russell Wilson. It was 18 months ago with a lame duck GM. Let it go.
  16. [This is an automated response] This topic is no longer contributing positively to the community and therefore the discussion has been closed. Thank you.
  17. This is exactly the type of post that will get this topic closed. Grow up.
  18. They are only linked in fans’ minds. Regardless, if the same people want to make the same point every week about the Bills not picking him then it is time to move on. If they want to discuss his play then by all means enjoy the show. It’s been 18 months. This is not a recent development and there have been 42 pages of venting.
  19. Personally, I don’t care if people want to discuss a dynamic player in the league. But if this topic continues to be a huge pissing match, where people just keep poking people in the eyes week after week after week, then we should just close it and get on with life.
  20. They were playing out the last days of the old GM while searching for their new GM. Did you want the last GM to pick the quarterback moving forward When he was going to be fired soon after? Maybe it was just bad timing.
  21. The Bills general manager wasn’t even in place for the 2017 draft. Who knows what they would have done if the situation was settled in January instead of May.
  22. I stopped watching every week in 2007 when I gave up Directv for FIOS. That’s a lot of Sundays with my family.
  23. If entertainment makes you sick to your stomach then you should probably reassess things. It’s not healthy.
  24. None of these players were expected to be long term players.
  25. Right now, because I believe these guys are professionals and not potatoes, I think it is clear that they focused on the defense and the quarterback this season and will address the massive offensive needs in the future. I don’t think we have seen any plan on that side of the ball other than to bring in temporary placeholders, other than Allen.
