Game of Thrones - And Now Our Watch Has Ended!

We played co-ed badminton in gym class in the 80's. There was a grandma type gym teacher for the girls... short stone gray hair, probably in her 50's and she would kick the living snot out of any male athlete that challenged her. It was insane watching her stand there like a statue making everyone run, dart, and dive all over the floor.

I have more youth soccer stories than you can shake a stick at. I have been heavily involved with my kids careers the last 12 years from rec to the highest travel level. The two people you reference in your story know absolutely nothing about youth development. At that young age it’s all about early birthdays and early bloomers. I can tell you once they get to be around age 14 to 15 the talent range compresses significantly. The late bloomers eventually figure it out and the early bloomers were never truly anything special other than being older and well an early bloomer.

There's a cargo shorts/Nike air monarch convention at the Bass Pro Shop just out of town. Might be of interest to you.

The reading is when they all find out so yes that’s when they all cheer. Nice comment: Zeddicus2 hours ago I thought it was fantastic, and it actually made sense! The Night King knew about Jon Snow and Danny, and had plans in place to neutralize them. He wasn't aware of Arya at all, so he never saw her coming until the last moment. Even then, he didn't know who she was or what her capabilities were. He got overconfident and that was the end of him. It was beautifully done! -

There is a finite budget. If you don't want the big battle scenes, then sure - they could have done 10 episodes. It's a TV series. -

To add: Budget for these Season 8 episodes are rumored to be around $15M. Solo: A Star Wars Story cost over $250 million. So yeah, the dragon scenes may not have been Lord of the Rings quality... I hope people stop expecting them to be and appreciate what they are trying to do for a TV series. -

It probably aids in memory retention too, but I imagine you miss a lot of imagery with your eyes focused on the text all the time. -

For those who are hyper-critical of that episode... let's take a step back and consider what we have here. This is a TELEVISION SHOW. Not Star Wars. Not Avengers: Infinity War. It's a TV show. Like Grey's Anatomy or CSI. People's expectations on production quality are grossly high. It's amazing what they have done for a freaking 1-hr TV episode. Cut them some slack. We are only seeing maybe 9 hours of the lives of 20-30 people. You can't show everything. Your preference for which specific 9 hours you want to see isn't my preference isn't the storytellers preference. Storylines... There are an infinite number of ways for a story to be developed. Only the limits of the human imagination restrict us. Could they have chosen better ones? Their story vs an infinite number of variations? I'll take the field that there are better ones. That doesn't mean you can't enjoy the one they settled on. -

The dragon glass weapons were pretty primitive. Anyone who had a badass sword had the valerian. The importance came from the need for dragon glass weapons for everyone. -

Pardon my dumb question, where is it said he knows the future? The past he has access to. Was there a time where we learned he sees the future too? -
I'm not sure what you are asking for here. You want to use a previous year's topic for this year's UDFA posts?

When does the mellowing effect kick in? Because I know one of those two needs to chill the ***** out.

Who is watching the remaining rounds and will be on the board for the rest of the draft? I need someone to make the official topics. I would prefer to have only one person do this.

You apparently don’t understand the term “giving away”.
