  1. What? No Bills team in 2007 made the playoffs.
  2. The tax rules should be changed so that the states get their money but everybody pays an average tax rate. Every single player from every single team pays the same average state tax rate and the states where the work is performed get the taxes they are owed.
  3. that’s not what the title used to say.
  4. Still trying to figure out where I am wrong and we are a fourth and the fifth came from that goes along with next year’s fourth.
  5. can you provide a reference where we trade away a fourth and the fifth rounder and not a fifth and the sixth rounder?
  6. That title cannot be possibly right.
  7. I guess it is up to Josh to throw it somewhere in his catch radius. Not a slam dunk.
  8. Do people over the age of 10 have hot dogs as a favorite food?
  9. [This is an automated response] As a courtesy to the other board members, please use more descriptive topic titles. A single name if far too vague to post as a title and provides little insight into what specifically the post is talking about. The topic starter can edit the topic title line to make it more appropriate. Thank you.
  10. yeah. I really do want to emphasize that I do not need more people telling me what they think about the Bills or the Sabres. And I doubt anyone else really needs it either.
  11. we only really have two sports teams right now. They have a hard enough time filling the air with worthwhile content, let alone a whole separate station.
  12. Does any market really need another voice in sports radio? Seems rather frivolous.
  13. In the case of the Catholic Church, it wasn’t just a case of predators going through the steps to get access to victims. It’s that the entire church structure knew what was going on and these moral beacons of light tried to hide it at best and enabled more of it at worst. From the Pope on down. Rotten to the core. Decade after decade after decade.
  14. This is a nice summary on the issue of homework: https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.theatlantic.com/amp/article/585889/
  15. there’s a difference between a belief in a higher power and organized religion. I have come to terms with that.
  16. Thanks. That’s what I was hoping you were going to say. As a former Catholic... ***** them. Personally, I don’t see how anybody could remain in that church. I don’t have enough cognitive dissonance to separate what that entire institution did to kids, the resulting cover up and their current insistence that they could possibly assert any moral superiority or give moral guidance ever again.
  17. Homework has a poor correlation with learning in grade school. There is a big push to reduce it to a minimum if not eliminate it outright.
  18. What’s the sad part?
  19. Fans always have the answer with a tidy list of well worn cliches... Keep them off balance! Keep doing what works! Go for the kill! Kill the clock! A cliche for every decision that doesn’t go the right way.
  20. do you know what happens when the run is stopped? Everyone ***** about the conservative playcalling. The coach’s decisions are only bad when they don’t work. It’s the way it’s always been.
  21. Mark me down as someone who thinks Mahomes was hurt some time in the game which were the cause of his second half throws to be all in the dirt
  22. The Titans were a much better team at the end of the year than when we played them. it’s only stupid coaching when it doesn’t work. Jimmy was like 18 for 22 at one point, any pass play at any time could have gashed them for big yards.
  23. it would have been worse. A lot worse.
  24. yeah. I really don’t get the criticism. It’s one thing to play every game like youre Tim Tebow and it’s another thing to crush everybody and then have an off game and still put up 31 points.
  25. our offensive line would not have withstood that pass rush.
