Many years ago we signed Sam Gash instead of Tony Carter to be our FB. Well, the rant of the day was that no team w/o a great fullback had won the SB in how many friggin' years, etc... We were now stuck w/ an over the hill bum in Gash, while a marquee type FB like Tony Carter was being signed by NE. We were destined for the cellar. Butler was a piece of crap, yadda, yadda, yadda...

Well, I am shaky on the details, but I assume the firewall blocks the communication between the IRC server and your computer. Beyond that, someone else would have to chime in who knows more than me. You may be able to use an IRC client (as opposed to the Java chat through the web browser)...

I agree... Would it be better if there was nothing on ch. 212? Plus, other than watching your favorite team - who want to watch an entire preseason game when so many other ones are on? It's not like there is a game plan or any flow to one particular game. I would rather see the highlights of who is making noise around the league than watching some 3rd stringer rush for 2 yards and tackled by some UDFA in a meaningless game.

In 2 of 4 SB years - the Bills played the NFCE. They were 7-1 against them with their only loss being to Washington in 1990 the last game of the season. They were 7-1 the other 2 years losing only to Detroit on the l;ast game of the 1991 season.

it's a blast from the past... We decided to try and resurrect it this season. We haven't linked it yet because I'm just waiting for the 1st reports to be written. PTR was 1st to post. After we get an update for all three teams, it will get a prominent place on the front page. Note that I am trying to include news links and other AFC East info on each team page, so that is something you can visit everyday if you want to see what is happening within the division.
