  1. as long as whitten stays under a 100 yards or doesn't score a TD - I'll route for that 400 yard game!
  2. 17 hours enough for you? We have had one way for 6 years, let's see how it plays out. I am as skeptical as the anyone, but I'm going to do my best to make it work.
  3. One of my many items on my "to do" list is to make all those dishes and take snapshots of each to post by the photo. Ideally, the submitter should be in each picture too, but maybe we don't want to ruin any appetites.
  4. I have often wondered if there was any significant way to chart vs. time how Super Bowl winners are built. For example, could the formula for success be that you get your QB 1st, your OL 2nd, your WR 3rd, and your RB last, such that they all hit their prime in a certain year? I don't have the means to conduct this kind of analysis - I'm not even sure what would be the most meaningful way to present the information would be, but there has always been something telling me that certain parts come before others before a winner is born. (as an example, IMHO, I think WM's talent will be wasted on JP. WM's replacement will more likely be wearing a SB ring before he will be, since JP will come into his own many years from now.)
  5. fix your clock. It was 2:45 am.
  6. I couldn't remember the year he left either, so I fudged it with "over a decade".
  7. Maybe it is the talent evaluation abilities of the coaches then? Certain teams pump them out every year with players we could have easily obtained, while we are still waiting 15 years later.
  8. February 6, 1989 JIM RINGO RETIRES Bills offensive coordinator and offensive line coach Jim Ringo retired, ending a 21-year coaching career, which followed a 15-year Hall of Fame playing career with the Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles. Ringo is the man that set us up for our Super Bowl run...
  9. After 18 games, I'm a bit disappointed that our OL has not made greater strides under MacNally. San Diego, Pittsburgh, New England, Denver, Carolina... I don't believe anyone of these teams is loaded with 1st/2nd round talent on the line. SD has an undrafted FA and a 7th rounder on the right side. Yet those teams have solid run blocking OLs year after year. That implies coaching. We haven't had a real good line since Jim Ringo left over a decade ago... So, is it coaching or players that make the line?
  10. at least someone has found their way over here...
  11. She is a delicious 5'2". No problems here mate!
  12. Heidi Klum, Kate Hudson, Jennifer Love Hewitt.... none of them matter anymore. They are hairy knuckled trolls in comparison to Eva. Eva is the angel sent down to walk among the mortals. If you ever need a kidney Eva - my number is written out in those cutout magazine letters. Call me!
  13. I would like to add that topics that I think are appropriate for the main board are: the Bills (duh) NFL Buffalo Media TBD community related Topics that are on the fence: WNY related
  14. The existance of a separate OT forum has been debated heavily over the years. Both sides of the argument make valid points. The Bills bring us together, but IMHO the OT posts allow opening day tailgate parties to happen and friendships to flourish. The question before us (me?) is how to raise the level of our discussion, without sacrificing the friendship building influence of OT discussions? The community may be so large now that posters pulling back on OT posts during the season is not enough to keep a good balance. I have decided to try an OT forum on a trial basis - probably for the remainder of the season, unless it appears to be a flop. I guess the purest way to run this is that all OT posts belong here. I could see an alternative relaxed off-season structure where OT posts are moved off TSW after 24 hours or such. I am open to suggestions. We need a name for this place, so please offer your suggestions. The floor is open for your constructive comments.
  15. Hells bells, I don't know what to do w/ this board. I moved it out of TSW, but it shouldn't be listed on the index page either. Moving the threads into PPP seems to be the logical thing to do. Because of the age of the threads, only a handful would even remain on page 1. The rest would be on page 2/3. That would seem the lesser of the evils. Merging the threads might just create one holy, unreadable mess.
  16. When everyone is super, then no one is super.
  17. Indy scores 10 points AT HOME.
  18. Actually, maybe this could have helped Josh Reed. Then again, maybe not. Catching everything thrown at him couldn't have hurt.
  19. It wwasn't funny. Maybe if you....
  20. it was a joke!!! (my post, not the offense. Errr.... well, maybe both).
