Aren't MM's "packages" enough of a reason to send him packing? I personally detest that type of philosophy.

we are not talking the same things. I definitely do not advocate removing your top players from the field. MM's packages are bull sh--. However, the 11 players that take the field on any given play should be available to perform their responsibilities. That is what makes a dangerous offense - having 5 skill players that can do anything asked of them at any time AND have a RT that will catch a TD to boot... Teams that are effective in the red zone don't have one RB and one WR that get the ball because "this time it is important". It's predictable and defendable.

Are you saying that Marv was the only coach capable of being highly successful with a team full of HOF caliber players? Surely you jest....

Ok, that sounds all great and everything - of course you are a Bills fan. Do you think the 53 players (save EM) and the other coaches who couldn't give a hoot who ML is will be all that excited?

Actually, I'm the wrong person to ask that. I am very vocal about Wade and his lack of interest in wearing a headset. I have also pointed out scenarios (such as challenges) where his inability to communicate with other coaches would be a detriment to the team. I know alot of people joke about the headset issue, but when 99% of the coaches over time have worn them - clearly there is a reason to do so.

But what kind of facial expressions does he have? Does he get excited and jump around?
