  1. what do you mean "hasn't worked"?
  2. I think they make accounts inactive if they are not checked once per month (maybe 3 months?)
  3. can you tell me if you are still receiving it?
  4. They still do pop-ups it appears, but my pop-up blocker seems to stop them...
  5. If you log in now - is the spam still there? I think they have upgraded their filtering, I'll have to check. When I log in - there is no spam whatsoever.
  6. I've been looking over the free email service we provide and I was wondering how many board members use it regularly. Traffic has been fairly level since we started it years ago. I'm looking for feedback to decide what to do with it, what experiences you have had, or how it could be better. Thanks...
  7. oh God... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Hurl, puke, spit, puke..
  8. we OWNED the Houston Texans. They REALLY SUCK!
  9. they stopped short of making this a great episode. They could have easily of had Charlie steal the baby and at least disapper until the next episode. Instead, we get two non-events. He took the babay once and didn't harm him, why bother doing it again and resolving it the same way?
  10. no doubt... I don't mind the story standing still as long as it is entertaining, but this was just bad.
  11. maybe some JD to replace JP?
  12. WalMart - aisle 5?
  13. I thought it was a bit hackish and predictable. I'm surprised at your amusement...
  14. I thought we played 11 on 9... that wasn't a new rule the NFL instituted?
  15. This is where the HC comes in... SF can only do what DJ allows him to do and I believe it is the responsibility of the HC to provide the structure in which teh other coaches operate. For instance, Dan Henning has been doing a decent job in Carolina, but I believe DH's success is dictated by what framework John Fox has laid out for him. Left to his own devices, like Marv did in Buffalo, and the guy was a disaster.
  16. what's the big deal - the wife calls me "niner"...
  17. tell that to t-bone...
  18. even the ones he caught he double-clutched... on his GOOD days.
  19. and that plan should be to acquire players to beat the New England Patriots. Until that team shows signs of disintegration - the AFC east title goes through them. The Bills only have 3 out of 6 chances to make the playoffs. Two of those don't include a home field playoff game. The AFC east title is really the only playoff spot we should desire (Pitts current year aside). Winning this division MUST be the single focus of this team in the months/years to come. That means scouting our division and "game planning" these guys like we were playing them next week. I have no idea what this entails as I type this, but certainly we need to address Tom Brady and we need to address guys like Seymore and McGinnest.
  20. That is how I see it, others may disagree.
  21. there are many levels to "likeability". I don't believe MM really handled himself well, but admittedly I haven't seen as much of him as the locals. IMHO, a guy who says nothing in his PCs will have a shorter leash than one who works with the press a little more. Maybe the difference isn't enough to argue about, but even if you put the press aside, I think DJ's demeanor will grow much more quickly with the fanbase. Especially given the circumstances of his hiring.
  22. that's right. he gets around it by winning. hopefully we will get so lucky.
  23. I think given his past history with this team and his lack of experience, it is more likely that we will stay put. I was just poiinting this out to those who want to wheel and deal like TD was still in control. Of course, ANYONE is capable of making a draft day trade. However, if you don't know what you are doing then you can get B word slapped real quick. I'm giving Marv credit for probably knowing that he may not be able to pull off a fair deal in 15minutes and that the safe play is just to draft at our current locations.
  24. that's true. I am only suggesting that the losses will be more acrimonious if his PCs are conducted like they were in Chicago. Remember, football isn't real life - it is just entertainment. Having a coach with likable personality would help get fans over the rough spots.
