  1. I could 4 along the glass... Please pick some up for me too and I'll send you a check. Thanks..
  2. Perhaps we could get together at a course in between interested parties? Anyone? If enough people are interested we could make a little tourney out of it and get a few prizes together...
  3. If they want to improve ratings, they should just show a black screen and just have audio of skanky porn stars faking orgasms. That really draws them in...
  4. you reached with that one... then again, you have to reach for everything else!
  5. That's a "bra" you're speaking to, not a "bro"...
  6. 95% of my stuff was planted last April. This month we have just been replacing and exchanging a small percentage that didn't survive or didn't look right. I will try to be snappier on the security updates. We were only a few weeks behind. I didn;t realize IPB boards were under a large scale attack.
  7. I was looking at those today too... We are clearing a lot of junk trees from the back yard and I need to decide what I want to replace them.
  8. Most grass should be blends. A monolithic seeding would leave the turf open to disease and weather related stress. Now, maybe you are dealing with southern turf varieties which I know little about, but northern grasses are usually blended. You might plant all tall fescue, but even then it will be a blend of different fescues.
  9. my favorite Far Side (one of them at least) was the one with temperture probe sitting in the guy's coffee as he pronounced the success of his cold fusion experiment!
  10. yes, you do.... If you live in hot weather and want a dead azalea, make sure it gets blistering sun all day! We found the best value was to get a design at the local nursery (a large one with substantial stock) and then get that money back through the plant purchase. We did that and our landscaping smokes any of our neighbors by a country mile. We planted almost 140 plants!
  11. Only if they are planted next to a statue of a urinating lawn gnome (VABills doesn't count).
  12. We swapped out some inkberry hollies for Rose Glow Barberries, planted some Fuji Blue Balloon Flowers, swapped out coastal leucanthoe for Mountain Fire Andromeda, planted some blue star junipers and added some more Firepower Nandinas... I saw some Scottish Broom at the nursery today that really kicked ass. I hope I can work that in somewhere, but we are pretty full right now. What's being planted in your bed's this spring (other than some homely chicks from the local bar)?
  13. FWIW, the hack isn't necessarily trojan related. The dude could have just wiped the board clean if he wanted to. The security updates that were performed were done to prevent malicious changes/exploitation in code on the server. His preference was just to try and make people download a file or two, but other sites have been affected in different ways.
  14. FWIW, there are a ton of IPB forums that have been hacked from ".ru" in the past week...
  15. ummm... when was this?
  16. he meant "3", he's just dyslexic.
  17. Apparently, the Trojan was: Trojan.Byte Verify http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data...byteverify.html
  18. If our friend used an older known exploit, then those holes have been closed. I will forward the necessary lines of the log files to IPS to analyze and determine the nature of the exploit. I'm assuming this was an older exploit. I apologize for any trouble this may cause your machines. If we can get an identification of the nasties they tried to spread, we will post the steps necessary to check your machines and clean them.
  19. can anyone tell me what the trojan/virus was, so people can scan their systems if necessary?
  20. who knows, it was a .ru IP address...
  21. is it still happening? Someone inserted 2 iframes into the templates. I removed them, but I'm uncertain if tehre are others.
  22. I'm thinking more of an ankle grab than a slap in the face...
  23. that's not the end of your body you should be worried about...
