I missed the show this year in Balt., but I used to go to them for years. Quite frankly, it didn't even seem like GM and the rest were even trying. Like you said, their appeal to (especially to upper middle class) is non-existent.

for installing a wiki extension? yeah, I would think so. I'm not a programmer, but I have installed 100's of php scripts. They are just text files. Nothing magical about putting a file in a directory and changing the configuration file.
