Actually, your reply makes zero sense.
He offered an analysis of the situation, which is completely different from offering the contents of a conversation. One doesn't invalidate the other in any way, shape, or form.
Well, what "he" are you referring to?
And no, my 8 year old does not play with his knife unsupervised. In order for him to carve his name into a bench means we would not be watching him. Parents don't do that with 8 year olds.
at age 6?
I can see why people get in flame wars, because that is just stupid talk. Is there a restraining order that prevents you from being around kids? Have you ever met a 6 year old?
and may I add that the knife in the picture probably doesn't have a locking blade making it VERY dangerous for a child to use. Especially a 6 year old.
I don't know what the rule was then, but my son is in Scouts and the rule is age 8. He just got his 1st knife and achieved his whittling chip as laid out in the Bear Scout track. However, he was taught strict rules through the cub scouts, including the fact that the scout NEVER uses his knife w/o the knowledge of a parent or the Den leader.
The fact that they are using the cub scout angle in the article is for sheer reader manipulation.
Not your best effort.
How many SB winning coaches have there ever been? 20? 25? How many coaches have their been since it all started? 500?
As for your last statement - it is exactly the opposite. The NFL is a QB/Coaching league and they don't get enough credit.
Is that how valuable a time out is these days? It seems like every NFL team is on auto-pilot. If you can't get the play off - call a time out and save the 5 yards.
Does anyone think that sometimes - saving the TO is worth more than the 5 yards?
it has been replaced and we are obviously back on.
Given this situation, does anyone know of an email to phone service that will call my phone when an email is received? This could have been taken care of last night, if I knew we were down. I receive email alerts, but that doesn't wake me up obviously.

I don't know. That hasn't been discussed. For now, his opinion will appear in the news section.
