‘Elam has size and speed and should be plugged right into the defense as cornerback number 2 on the opposite side of Tre White. Beane has not used a great deal of resounces in the position, but with Elam he has a player with the skill to be a top level starter in the NFL. To get to the 23rd pick, Buffalo traded the 25th pick and a 4th rounder, number 130 overall to the Ravens.’
