‘Even though three different offensive linemen and their star cornerback left Sunday’s 44-34 win over the Seattle Seahawks Sunday with injuries, Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott said on Monday most of the injuries suffered were “day-to-day type injuries,” but added, “nothing new overall on the injury front.”‘

Josh Allen makes Jamal Adams eat his words with dominant performance
‘Back when the two were division rivals in the AFC East, Adams didn’t seem particularly impressed with Allen’s skill set, expressing his disdain on Twitter (props to Sporting News for digging these up).’
Opinion: Football is about matchups; Bills exploited them against Seahawks
‘Some have a great player – or a few. But even with those great ones, the gap to the next group isn’t very wide. Oh, there’s no doubt the best quarterbacks and having a collection of some of the more superior talent will make a difference. That’s why teams win 13 or 14 games, and win multiple Super Bowls over a period of years.’
Allen leads Bills to shootout victory over Seahawks
‘Josh Allen played, arguably, his best game of the season, and maybe one of the best of his career so far. The 24-year-old ended the day throwing for three touchdowns, running for another, and finishing with over 400 passing yards for the second time this season.’
Opinion: Allen outduels Wilson in offensive shootout
‘The shocking storyline from the Bills’ 44-34 win has to be the defensive effort. Getting to Wilson five times, getting four turnovers, holding them to 3-for-12 on third downs, and holding the D.K. Metcalf/Tyler Lockett duo to 148 yards and a score is a huge win for a Bills defensive unit struggling to find the success Bills fans have grown accustomed to during Sean McDermott’s first four seasons.’
Opinion: Three observations: Allen shines in win over Seattle
‘Getting a win over a competitive, talented and well-coached team, that’s a true contender in the NFC, should give this Bills team a huge boost. With the performances we saw from Allen, a fully-healthy John Brown and the defense, there could be a lot more to look forward to as we now hit the back half of the regular season.’
Opinion: Seahawks at Bills: Arrow Up/Arrow Down
‘Holy cow was Allen good in this one, especially in the first half. The Bills’ quarterback started incredibly hot and stayed that way for most of it, connecting on 13 of 15 first quarter passes, and 24 of 28 in the first half for 282 yards by halftime. He only threw ten passes in the second half, but still connected on seven of them to finish 31-for-38 (81.5%) for 415 yards and 3 TD passes. Allen added another 14 yards and one touchdown rushing, for a four TD day.’
Bills place Matt Milano on Injured Reserve; activate Del’Shawn Phillips
‘Despite the Bills having a bye week after their Week 10 matchup with the Cardinals in Arizona, the NFL’s amended collective bargaining agreement says Milano must sit out three games.’
Opinion: Seahawks at Bills: Sal’s keys, notes and stats
‘Since Sean McDermott and Leslie Frazier have been in charge of the Bills defense their first year together in 2017, they’ve consistently been one of, if not the best team in the league in not allowing long pass plays. Seattle will want to push the ball down the field and make those plays, and they’re very good at that. The Bills will want to limit them and have been good at doing that.’
Feliciano: Josh Allen’s confidence is ‘at an all-time high’
‘”His confidence has always been there, but I think it’s at an all-time high right now. I think he’s just super confidence in his arm, as we all are. Then you add [Stefon] Diggs to our receiving corps it’s just ridiculous. Why wouldn’t you be confident?”‘
McDermott: Seahawks are ‘dynamic offensively’ with ‘big play’ capabilities
‘McDermott on possibly inserting linebacker Darron Lee into the lineup on Sunday: “It’s possible. Not out of the realm of possibility at this point. It is a short run-up, if you will, so we’ll have to see how today goes and tomorrow as well.”‘
Milano misses second straight day of practice
‘Meanwhile, wide receiver John Brown was a full participant Thursday, but center Mitch Morse was among those who did not practice. Morse is in the league’s concussion protocol, as is safety Micah Hyde, who not only practiced for a second straight day, but was also no longer in a red non-contact jersey.’
Bills activate Knox from Reserve/COVID-19 list
‘The 2020 season was expected to be a breakout year for Knox, but so far it has been anything but that. In his four games played this season, the 6-foot-4, 254-pound tight end has just six receptions for 93 yards on 12 total targets.’
Lengthy injury report for Bills on Wednesday
‘Safety Micah Hyde and and center Mitch Morse are both still in the league’s concussion protocol, but Hyde participated on a limited basis, while Morse did not. Hyde had full equipment, but wore a red non-contact jersey during the session. Morse was on the sidelines jogging.’
Bills sign cornerback Daryl Worley to practice squad
‘The 25-year-old was released by the Dallas Cowboys this past Wednesday after the team had reportedly failed to find a trade for the fifth-year cornerback. Worley played just seven games with the Cowboys this season, starting four of those contests while registering 14 tackles and one pass defended. He signed a one-year, $3 million deal with Dallas in the offseason.’
