‘”I did my job. It’s not really my show,” Allen said after practice. “Two Hall of Fame quarterbacks, two legends… Honestly, going live is kind of nerve-racking. Just tried not to do anything stupid.”‘

New York State stadium study released
‘The state’s study provides different financial information about the cost of a downtown stadium versus a new one in Orchard Park. The cost to build a new stadium in Orchard Park is estimated to cost $1.354 million, which is slightly less than what the Bills projected in their stadium. A new stadium in the City of Buffalo would add a minimum of approximately $350 million to the cost, though other costs would be incurred such as the displacement of downtown residents and businesses. All told, a downtown stadium could cost at least $2.1 billion.’
Bills guard Jon Feliciano week-to-week with calf injury
‘Feliciano played virtually the entire game, logging 69 of a possible 73 offensive snaps, but came out of their last series and was replaced by Cody Ford for four plays.’
Bills use solid second half to beat Dolphins
‘Despite a slow start on Sunday afternoon in Orchard Park, the Buffalo Bills use a solid second half performance to down the visiting Miami Dolphins, 26-11 at Highmark Stadium. With the win, Buffalo has earned a seventh-straight victory over their AFC East rival dating back to the 2018 season.’
Opinion: High bars
‘If you’re worried about the form the Bills are in, I understand. Struggling before ultimately pulling away late to win comfortably was not what many of us had in mind. Yet, it was a 15-point win.’
Opinion: Capaccio: Arrow Up/Arrow Down: Dolphins at Bills
‘As good as the second half was for the Bills offense, they needed all of it because the first half was the opposite. They gained only 122 total yards, five first downs, went just 1-for-6 on third down, and didn’t even cross the Dolphins 20 yard line, scoring only three points.’
Opinion: Capaccio: Dolphins at Bills: Sal’s keys, notes, and stats
‘The Bills have scored the second most points in the NFL, averaging 33.8 per game. They’re in the top-10 (and in most cases even higher) in almost every major offensive statistical category. But they’re only converting 55.17% of their trips to the red zone into touchdowns, which is seventh-lowest in the league. They had their best red zone performance of the season back in Week 2 at the Dolphins, going 4-for-4. But their inability to convert (2-for-5) inside the 20 at Tennessee really hurt them and ultimately cost them chance to win the game at the end. They can’t let that happen again.’
Spencer Brown misses practice again with back injury
‘If Brown can’t play Sunday against the Miami Dolphins, the team could elect to move Williams back outside with either Ike Boettger or Cody Ford being inserted at guard. Ford and Ryan Bates also have experience at tackle.’
Making changes in the AFC’s top tier
‘One week after the Bills delivered a thrashing of the two time defending AFC champions, the Chiefs were totally destroyed by the Tennessee Titans. Their defense continues to be among the worst if not the worst in the National Football League but the fall of the Chiefs offense is the shocking development. Patrick Mahomes and company look completely lost.’
Report: Dawson Knox undergoes surgery on fractured hand
‘As first reported by NFL Network reporter Mike Garafolo on Tuesday, Knox ended up suffering a broken bone in his hand. Head coach Sean McDermott ended up confirming the report during his meeting with the Buffalo media later that afternoon.’
Report: Dawson Knox broke bone in his hand
‘Garafolo does note that the Bills hope Knox will not miss much time, especially with the bye week coming up for Buffalo, but a timeline for a possible return is still not known at this time.’
Opinion: Not so sweet dreams
‘Nothing is out of reach, to say the least, but it did just get harder.’
Bills come up just short in loss to Titans
‘After Buffalo’s next drive fizzled out with just 8:09 remaining in regulation, Tennessee made the most of their next drive and turned it into seven more points and another lead change. Tannehill and the Titans offense managed to get the football to the Buffalo 13-yard line before Henry powered his way into the end zone for his third touchdown of the night.’
Opinion: Arrow Up/Arrow Down: Bills at Titans
‘The Bills have struggled in the red zone all season, and it really hurt them in this one.’
McDermott: Derrick Henry playing at ‘an all-time high level’
‘”He’s playing at a high level, and probably an all-time high level. He’s big, he’s fast, he breaks tackles. Then the combination of what they’ve added outside with Julio Jones and A.J. Brown, to what was an already good receiving corps, makes it a tough combination with what they can do at the line of scrimmage and what they can do in the passing game.”‘
