If Allen is not feeling 100% ready to go this week or for however long it is, some fans believe it would be wise to just sit the fifth-year starter to ensure his long-term health.’

‘”In order to get the throwing mechanics to work, first you need muscles and tendons that attach the muscles to the bones in order to be intact, in order to have the throwing mechanic work,” said Dr. Jason Matuszak, Chief of Sports Medicine at Excelsior Orthopedics. “Those are something called the flexor pronator muscles on that part of the elbow, and that’ll be the first area that they want to evaluate for, to make sure that the muscles and tendons are intact and that the motion is still working.”‘

Part of the reason for the sign being brought down was the potential risk of the sign being a public safety hazard for not only those visiting the site, but others driving by the sign.’

‘”I think we got a much better deal. First off, Nashville is a joint county with Davidson County. It’s a metropolitan government between the city of Nashville and the county of Davidson and they they’re increasing their hotel and motel tax. They’re creating a special taxing district around the stadium to help pay for the costs associated with it. Erie County is putting $250 million and it’s a lot of money. Nashville and Davidson is putting in $760 million towards that stadium and then they have additional obligations going forward. We don’t have any additional obligations going forward. I’m very pleased with our deal,” says Poloncarz.’

‘”I think it was something that we didn’t expect. It takes us in, certainly, the next 30 years with something other than what we have right now,” said Legislator John Mills, who represents the Town of Orchard Park on Thursday. “I like the concept of the covering, 65% of the seats will be covered, and the rest of the building will be open to the weather, which we have a little advantage of that when we play a game. Also the construction is going to prevent a lot of heavy wind going to the stadium, which I thought was a great idea too. And the gathering areas are very exciting, to know they have gathering area for people to get together if they don’t have a seat, or they do have a seat. You can gather together with different people and their families. So it’s exciting. It really is. It’s something that we’ve looked forward to for the last 50 years.”‘

‘Matt Davison says the group couldn’t be more excited for the progress being made. “We wanted to see a stadium design that feels right for the fan base, and is very focused on game day experience. We think they’ve initially nailed it here with these first renderings,” says Davison.’

‘Currently in the SEQR process, all comments from the original scoping meeting on July 14th were complied and reviewed, with responses compiled all on the website for the SEQR. The team has also compiled what they refer to as a technical addendum, which has many reviews and studies including a noise study, a traffic study and assessment, demolition mitigation, water and sanity sewer reports and more.’
