‘Sal’s prediction: Buffalo Bills 31, Kansas City Chiefs 27.’

‘This is the only CBS game at 4 p.m. FOX has two late games that will be telecast in regional markets, but everyone else will see the latest Josh Allen vs. Patrick Mahomes extravaganza with the No. 1 crew of Jim Nantz, Tony Romo and Tracy Wolfson on the call.’

‘“After watching the film I was better than I thought I was,” Elam said, though making it clear he still wasn’t happy. “I have high expectations for myself and I know if I play at a high level like my team expects me to, our defense would have been a lot better. So I don’t think I played an F-minus, but I didn’t play like I was capable of and I need to be at my best every week.”’

‘Even with those glaring mistakes, the kind that could be hugely costly in a playoff game or, you know, next week in Kansas City, it was simply astounding how Allen carved up the Steelers defense.’

‘Davis had managed only four catches for 50 yards in the last two games as he has been hampered by an ankle injury, but it certainly seemed like he was back to his explosive self. Just in time with a return to Kansas City coming up Sunday in what, once again, may turn out to be a playoff preview.’

With it, you’ll be able to watch every local game on Sunday and the national games on Monday and Thursday nights as well as the playoffs and the Super Bowl. You can also stream if you have subscriptions to DirecTV, fuboTV, NFL+, Sling, Vidgo, Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, and Paramount+.’

‘We already knew that wide receivers Jake Kumerow (ankle) and Jamison Crowder (ankle) and cornerback Christian Benford (hand) are out. Plus, there has not been tangible movement in the recovery of defensive tackles Ed Oliver (ankle) and Jordan Phillips, who will probably be ruled out.’
