‘Until they dethrone the Kansas City Chiefs – or even after they do – the Buffalo Bills should be keeping one eye on the goings on with Chiefs general manager Brett Veach and coach Andy Reid. Who did the Chiefs sign? Who did the Chiefs cut? And, last weekend, who did the Chiefs draft?’

Despite what Brandon Beane thinks, the Buffalo Bills need a star wide receiver
‘So while the defense was rightfully the focus in the draft, that doesn’t make the need for a top receiver any less important. The Bills currently have a total of zero receivers who have ever had a 1,000 yard season. Since 2006, only five teams have won the Super Bowl without having a 1,000 yard receiver…’.
Brandon Beane likens Buffalo Bills offense to Patriots dynasty
‘”Look at Tom Brady,” Beane said. “Look at New England – how many great historic receivers did they have on their Super Bowl teams? But the Patriots, they were good up front, they had a good quarterback, they usually had some type of run game, whether it was Corey Dillon or [Kevin] Faulk… there’s 100 different ways you can build [a good offense]. We’re not against good receivers… but when you’re paying Josh Allen what you’re paying him, you’ve got to make some concessions somewhere else.”‘
Bills draft profile: T.J. Sanders
‘At 6’4″ and 300 pounds, Sanders is not the prototypical run stuffing defensive tackle that many Bills fans were hoping for. But he does have the sought after long arms, measuring at 33 5/8 inches.’
Bills draft profile: Landon Jackson
‘He is very athletic and he is long, with 33 3/4 inch arms. Those are two attributes the Bills value in their defensive linemen.’
