‘Jauron was named NFL Coach of the Year in 2001 after leading the Chicago Bears to a 13-3 record. He then served as the defensive coordinator for the Detroit Lions. He then landed the Bills’ head coaching job. Following being let go by Buffalo, he served as the Cleveland Browns’ defensive coordinator from 2011-12.’
