‘The easiest way to put it regarding Miller’s suspension and his future contract status is this: It doesn’t do much to change things. If the Bills cut Miller after this season, they’ll be on the hook for $15.417 million on the 2025 salary cap, but will save $8.457 million. If they designated Miller as a post-June 1 cut, he’ll count $6.374 million on the 2025 cap and $9.043 million on the 2026 cap, but the savings in 2025 would be $17.5 million. Any incentives that Miller earns this year based on his sack total will count on the Bills’ 2025 cap. The overwhelming likelihood remains this is Miller’s final year in Buffalo.’
