‘Both tight end Dawson Knox (ankle/groin) and LB Baylon Spector (calf) missed Thursday’s joint session, with Spector expected to miss at least a week and McDermott stating the team was “just being smart” with Knox’s injury. Several other Bills players remained sidelined on Thursday, including wide receiver Curtis Samuel (general soreness), WR Lawrence Keys (unknown injury), OL Travis Clayton (shoulder), edge rusher Casey Toohill (groin), LB Nicholas Morrow (core/groin), safety Mike Edwards (hamstring) and S Cole Bishop. Bishop continued to ramp up his activity with athletic trainers on the sideline, participating in some aerobic exercises throughout the early portion of practice.’
