‘“Big time on just mechanically getting as efficient as possible,” Allen said. “Meeting with Chris Hess who has been here, he owns Biometrek, just digitally mapping our throwing motions right now and just seeing what we can tighten up on and improve on and just having that in the back of our minds so when we’re doing our individual work, when were inside the building, making sure that we’re doing everything that we need to do and I need to do to, to be as clean as possible.”’

Buffalo Bills cornerback Rasul Douglas finds balance in offseason
‘“I kind of went over that with the coaches,” Douglas said. “Explained it to them even last year in the exit meeting. And then this year I kind of talked to them, too, like, how I was going to do it, what I was going to do to make sure I was prepared to be back.”’
Bills CB Rasul Douglas looking forward to second season in Buffalo
‘“If you know athletes and like the mindset that you have to be in during the season, you can’t be in that the whole time, so you’ve got to take a break from it,” Douglas said.’
DaQuan Jones hosts annual Cornhole Classic, a good time for a good cause
‘The Buffalo Bill defensive line hosted a corn hole tournament, for a cause he says he cares very much about. “This place has a special place in my heart. I’ve always loved J.C. and the City of Binghamton. It’s done so much for me in my life, in my career, helping me get to where I am. Anything I can do to try and give back, in any time of way I’m going to do it,” said Jones.’
How the Buffalo Bills’ emergency action rehearsals prepare for any scenario
‘The Bills held the first part of their emergency action rehearsal for 2024 on Monday. For a couple of hours, they reacted to whatever Clemency said was happening to the mannequin. Bills Mailbag: Are two roster spots on ‘projects’ worth it?
‘My feeling on Clayton is slightly different. Yes, he’s never played football before, but the league’s International Player Pathway program has produced NFL talent. As I mentioned in last week’s mailbag, there are currently 16 players on NFL rosters who went through the Player Pathway program. Did the Bills really need to use a draft pick on Clayton instead of signing him as a rookie undrafted free agent? It is impossible to know whether other teams had him on their draft board, and thus might have taken him in the seventh round, preventing the Bills from having that chance.’
Bernard excited for what partnership with Milano can produce for Bills defense
‘“I always felt like I could do it,” Bernard said. “You never really know until you’re in that situation if you’re ready. I felt like I was prepared, but you never know how you’re going to do when you’re out there. I put all my trust into my preparation and whatever happened from there I was going to be happy with.”’
Ryan O’Halloran: Sean McDermott pleased with Bills’ ‘unselfish approach’
‘Among the 91 players currently under contract, 38 weren’t with the Bills last year. Combine the new players with new coaches and there was a noticeable juice around the team. Granted, it is the late spring/early summer and everybody has high hopes, but the Bills – regardless of the roster – have sky-high hopes and it was important to get the new contributors up to speed with the systems and culture.’
Bills embrace change heading into break before training camp
‘“Schematically, this is a time of year for us at least where we try and develop our menu a little bit, try things, throw some things out, add some things,” McDermott said. “It’s really the time of year to try some of that and then my ask of the coordinators is that when we break or before we break that they’ve got a pretty good menu built that they believe in and matches what we know at this point at least to be the strengths of our players.”’
