‘“At the end of the day this is Josh Allen’s offense,” said Brady, who is heading into his first full season as the team’s OC.’

Bills OTA Notebook | OC Joe Brady’s scheme is adjusting to new parts without changing its engine
‘”Being the offensive coordinator for the Buffalo Bills, there’s a lot of expectations. And I don’t believe anybody rises to low ones. And so I’m appreciative of the opportunity. And I want nothing more than to deliver for this city, for this organization,” Brady said Tuesday ahead of the team’s OTA practice.’
Bills schedule is sixth toughest in NFL, according to Vegas odds
‘The Bills play in a tough division, with three of the four teams projected to have winning records. And for the fourth year in a row the Bills will face a “first-place schedule” after they again won the AFC East.’
Explainer: Fabricators essential in producing local steel for Bills stadium project
‘Essentially most of the companies in the state working on the steel beams for the stadium are custom steel fabricators.’
‘Once a Legend, always a Legend’: From Lancaster to the Buffalo Bills, Joe Andreessen living out his dream
‘“The thing that always set Joe apart was his work ethic. We talk a lot about relentless effort and Joe really embodies that,” Rupp added. “He did everything in his power that he could to be a successful football player and that obviously has continued.”’
Defensive tackle Austin Johnson acclimates to Buffalo Bills
‘“It’s been fun getting to know the guys,” Johnson said. “It’s very easy to fit in over here. It’s a very cool group, very cool D-line, defense. It’s one of the very rare locker-room feels that you get. So, it’s pretty cool.”
Bills QB Josh Allen continues growth as leader in year 7 with team entering new era
‘“Having talks with some of the long time vets in this game and just understanding that sometimes, they may have been on the same team but they really played with three or four different teams,” said Bills quarterback Josh Allen. “Just understanding that I’m going into year seven now, which is crazy to think about, but I feel like I’m still getting better, still learning a lot.”‘
Chase Claypool eager to take advantage of ‘clean slate’ with Bills
‘If that happens, the Bills will get a bargain. Claypool signed a one-year deal with the club for the veteran-minimum salary of $1.135 million, that included just a $25,000 signing bonus. For that money, it’s worth seeing if he can recapture the form he showed from his two years in the NFL with Pittsburgh. If not, all it would cost is $25,000 in dead money against the salary cap.’
Bills Mailbag: Predicting breakout players for 2024
‘Perhaps it’s recency bias because I just wrote about him, but I’ll pick wide receiver Chase Claypool. He had all the right things to say after practice Tuesday about understanding that this might be his last NFL chance. The wide receiver depth chart is fairly wide open. Shakir, Keon Coleman and Curtis Samuel are the only “locks” to me, although Marquez Valdes-Scantling is close to that status. Claypool will have an opportunity in training camp to earn playing time on offense. He has also embraced the idea that special teams could be his path to a roster spot, which shows a good level of maturity. Defensively, I’ll go with Dorian Williams. He’s got all the athleticism you need for an NFL linebacker, but it seemed, at times, as though he was still learning the defense as a rookie. If he locks that part down, I could see him making an impact, either when the Bills go to three-linebacker sets or in the event either Matt Milano or Terrel Bernard miss any time.’
Josh Allen will match up to $117K in donations for Oishei golf event
‘Allen will match all donations that come from the public for Team Allen, which is participating in the event on Tuesday.’
Community mindset leads Bills Hall of Famer into commissioner role
‘Earlier this year, Reed was named the commissioner of the Entertainment Football Association, which will begin play next May with four teams and feature a high-level concert after each game.’
Buffalo Bills’ defensive picture remains murky
‘The lingering questions, however, remain on the field, most notably for the defense, a unit that saw depth added across the board in the draft. At the top level, McDermott still has not determined who will be calling the plays for the defense this year, whether it’s him, as it was last year, or first-time defensive coordinator Bobby Babich. McDermott said answers will come during camp, giving Babich the opportunity to practice calling plays with sessions early on that are largely scripted.’
Ryan O’Halloran: Bills’ work on 2025 NFL draft started this week
‘Team executives and scouts traveled to Orlando, Fla., for days of briefings about several hundred prospects. “That will be our first introduction to the 2025 class and we can get started on late-spring, early summer work,” Bills director of player personnel Terrance Gray said earlier this month.’
Do PSLs hold their value? A lot depends on winning – and timing
‘It also depends on the market and how many potential buyers are out there. There’s an unanswered question in Buffalo, because PSLs are new to this market. As the second-smallest market in the NFL ahead of only Green Bay, is Buffalo big enough to drive interest in the resale market, once all the hoopla of moving into a new stadium dries up?’
‘Top of the world’: Bills Mafia represents football team at Mount Everest Base Camp
‘Christopher N. Clouser, a Western New York native and lifelong Bills fan, posed with the Bills flag at the Mount Everest Base Camp at 17,598 feet earlier this month.’
