‘“Everyone is 100% behind Sean,” Beane said. “Everyone is not focused on the previous 12 games. I know we are 6-6. Everyone is truly focused … I was out there for every bit of that (Friday) practice. And just to watch that and see it. The guys are going to rally. There are two things you can do. You can divide, or you can rally. And I expect this team to rally.”’

Who should Buffalo Bills fans cheer for this weekend? The Week 14 games that matter most
‘With just five games remaining this season, Buffalo may need some help to get into the playoffs. The team received some on Thursday night with the New England Patriots knocking off the Steelers. Will they receive more on Sunday and Monday?’
Five Takes: Bills drama-filled week leads into critical matchup with Chiefs — how will Buffalo respond?
‘The Bills have earned two consecutive regular-season wins over the Chiefs and are in dire need of a third as they hope to keep pace with several other teams vying for a spot in the playoffs. Per ESPN, entering Week 14, the Bills had a 21% chance to advance to the postseason. With the Pittsburgh Steelers’ loss to the New England Patriots on Thursday night, those odds improved. With a win over KC, not only will Buffalo increase those odds even further, but a victory would also go a long way in clearing up the gathering storm that has been building the past several weeks.’

Buffalo Bills activate Dawson Knox from injured reserve
‘Knox was a full participant in all three days of practice coming off the team’s bye after his 21-day practice window was opened Wednesday following surgery on his right wrist. He initially suffered the injury in Week 5 vs. the Jaguars, but Knox later said it felt OK to play with it in the following game against the New York Giants. He also played in the team’s Week 7 game at the New England Patriots on Oct. 22, but Knox said, “It was really bothering me [that game], unfortunately felt pretty limited,” and after that, the decision was reached to have surgery so it would not linger.’
Watch Kansas City Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills: How to live stream, TV channel, start time for Sunday’s NFL game
‘The match pitted two of the league’s most dominant signal callers against one another in Josh Allen and Jalen Hurts. Hurts had a great game and threw for 200 yards and three touchdowns. Meanwhile, Allen was balling out in the loss, rushing for 81 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries, while also throwing for 339 yards and two touchdowns.’
Opinion: Capaccio: Bills at Chiefs: Sal’s keys, notes and stats
‘Too many times this season, including the team’s last game when they lost to the Philadelphia Eagles 37-34 in overtime, the Bills defense has had a chance to close out the game or make a big stop towards the end to maintain the lead, but failed to do so.’
Bills activate tight end Dawson Knox from injured reserve, release Klein
‘In a corresponding move, Buffalo released linebacker A.J. Klein.’
Bills come back from bye week ready to make playoff push
‘Five weeks and five games remain for the 6-6 Bills to make a push to get into the playoffs. As the team comes off its bye week, it knows it has a tall task ahead of it. The New York Times currently gives the Bills a 15% chance to make the playoffs, odds that would significantly decrease with a loss this week against the Chiefs in Kansas City.’
Carucci Take 2: Bills-Chiefs has makings of a playoff-like classic
‘Saying there will be a playoff-like atmosphere is hardly an overstatement, because it will have a distinct win-or-else feel. A loss would drop the Bills to 6-7 and do considerable damage to their hopes of reaching the playoffs. It also would add fuel to the bitter disappointment of a club that has fallen far short of expectations. Though the Chiefs are 8-4, they, too, could have their postseason aspirations compromised by what would be a third defeat in their last four games and fourth in their last six. They, too, would face increased criticism for underachievement.’
Thad’s Three Things: Bills at Chiefs
‘The bigger issue for the Bills is handling the blitz. Kansas City defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo loves to attack and attack big. Allen should see the full array of what Spagnuolo can dream up. Those blitzes have worked against Allen and they will almost certainly work again.’
Bills look to keep playoff hopes alive in tough road matchup at Arrowhead Stadium
‘It’s going to be a tough task to come into Arrowhead and pull out a win against Patrick Mahomes and company to keep their playoff hopes alive. Yet, Buffalo has won both regular season games they’ve played in Kansas City during the Josh Allen era.’
Buffalo Bills vs. Kansas City Chiefs: Week 14 preview
‘In the Josh Allen era, Buffalo is actually 2-0 at Kansas City in the regular season. Both wins were in October, and KC also needs a win just as bad as the Bills this time around. The Chiefs are still in play for the 1 seed in the AFC but are also coming off a loss the week prior.’
How Mitch Morse’s ‘Dad’ persona helps the Bills through thick and thin
‘”He’s a full-blown dad,” left tackle Dion Dawkins said who’s played with Morse for five seasons. “I mean that to the fullest. How he walks, how he talks, how he looks at you, how he nods his head, especially how he nods at you. It’s really slow and dad like.”‘
Bills activate Dawson Knox from Injured Reserve, TE has ‘good chance’ to play vs. Chiefs
‘Knox, a fifth-year veteran, returned to practice this week after recovering from surgery on a wrist injury suffered during the Bills’ Week 7 loss to the New England Patriots. Knox has been a full participant in practice this week and head coach Sean McDermott said Knox as a “good chance” to play in Sunday’s game in KC.’
