‘“Their front is fantastic,” Bills offensive line coach Aaron Kromer said. “They have humongous guys inside and really good pass rushers on the edge. They sub guys in that can do the same. It is going to be a huge test for us, a great opportunity for us to see where we’re at, to work our techniques and our schemes. But they are really good.”’

Bills slot cornerback Taron Johnson a limited participant during practice
‘Safety Taylor Rapp was a limited participant Thursday after being sidelined for Wednesday’s walkthrough due to the neck injury suffered against the Jets. But coach Sean McDermott said tests on Rapp’s neck came back negative and he has a chance to play Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles. Cornerback Dane Jackson, who also took a blow to the head in the game against the Jets, did not participate for a second day. The Bills would start Christian Benford at cornerback if Jackson can’t play.’
How we see it: News writers predict Buffalo Bills vs. Philadelphia Eagles
‘At 9-1, the Eagles’ offense is relentless. Philadelphia quarterback Jalen Hurts can beat teams on the ground or in the air, and the Eagles offensive line provides him with what he needs. The Philly defense is also strong, making keeping up with the Eagles more difficult. I think Josh Allen will have a solid performance, keeping it close. The Bills will play a strong game, but the Eagles still outlast them. Eagles, 24-21.’

Fans still waiting for a virtual reality view of the Buffalo Bills’ new stadium
‘Work on the experience center is coming along at the Walker Center with some unique touches by the team for fans, but the invitation-only site still is not ready to be opened. The Bills had initially said it would open in the spring and then pushed that back to the end of the summer.’
Bills pass rush looks to keep pressure on Eagles offense specifically designed to limit their chances
‘“They’re going to try and take us out of the game and have us running left and right,” Bills defensive end A.J. Epenesa said. “And when they try to do that, we gotta get over there and make a play. They’re not going to hand it to us.”’

‘“I’m bringing the vibes,” said Dawkins, playing to his strengths. “I’m bringing vibes; I’m a vibe creater. I’m not really a cooker, you know, and I hate saying that I’m not a cooker. So, I’m going to learn how to cook now. … But the house, I can provide the space for everybody to come and enjoy themselves.”’
Why the NFL’s ‘tush push’ works for quarterbacks on short-yardage plays
‘Unstoppable because the offense usually only needs a yard, the offensive line is lower to the ground and can gain an easier advantage and the quarterback is getting assistance from a “pusher.”’
Bills notebook: Mitch Morse nominated for NFL sportsmanship award
‘“Mitch is a class individual and a classy football player,” Bills offensive line coach Aaron Kromer said. “Every day in the meeting, when he’s ready, we’re ready. When we get on the field and he looks them in the eye, they know it’s time to go. And at the same time, he treats everybody with dignity. He doesn’t have to say much, he leads by action.”’
Rasul Douglas has scooped up 4 turnovers in 2 games giving Bills just what they needed
‘Douglas played in a rotation in his first game against the Bengals, but even when he was pressed into lengthier duty because Christian Benford got hurt that night, Douglas held up just fine against an elite passing game. From there he moved into the starting lineup ahead of Dane Jackson against the Broncos and Jets, and he has been a revelation.’
Rasul Douglas starting to feel comfortable in Bills defense three games after trade
‘“I got (Bills defensive backs coach John Butler) and we go through everything we’re going to run,” Douglas said. “Then I got Micah (Hyde) and (Jordan) Poyer and those (expletives) are going to make sure I don’t mess them up. So they make sure they’re communicating with me all the time what we’re in or what we’re doing.”’

Bills’ midseason defensive additions CB Douglas and DT Joseph have made an immediate impact
‘“It’s pretty remarkable to be honest,” safety Micah Hyde said, referring to Douglas, who had two interceptions and recovered a fumble in a 32-6 win over the Jets on Sunday. “Midseason, coming in and learning the playbook and being able to go out there and not just know what he’s doing, but to play fast is pretty impressive.”’
