‘Kirksey had spent the past two seasons in Houston, even serving as a defensive captain last season. In his two years, Kirksey played 30 games, starting 29 of them with 217 total tackles, 13 tackles for loss, nine quarterback hits, three sacks, three fumble recoveries and three interceptions.’
