‘The “13 Going on 30″ actress was spotted on Thursday inside a Wegmans in Canandaigua, N.Y., after she yelled, “Go Bills!” to a nearby shopper. The shopper, Brian Wiser, did a double take before recognizing Garner and snapping a selfie.’
