‘Hamlin was a full participant in team drills and even had a few plays come his way throughout the afternoon. Bills general manager Brandon Beane was in the hospital with Hamlin’s parents after he suffered cardiac arrest and needed to be revived. When Hamlin took the field in practice last week, Beane texted his parents right after to just celebrate the progress.’

OTA Observations: Dalton Kincaid flashes his first round talent as a frequent Josh Allen target
‘It remains to be seen how Kincaid will fare when defenders are permitted to use more contact in practices and games. Kincaid must prove he can get off the line of scrimmage despite getting chipped or bumped and if he can maintain his concentration on catches with a defender ready to give him a smack.’
