‘”I thought we played really well tonight, obviously only 24 points but our defense played fantastic ball where we didn’t feel like we have to press and make any mistakes. Obviously there’s a few plays that we’d like to have back. But again these are good wins, in division, away, it’s hard to win in this league so we’ll learn from this one and move on.”‘

Opinion: Capaccio: Arrow Up/Arrow Down: Bills at Patriots
Bills place Von Miller on Injured Reserve
‘“We’ve been assessing Von this week and seeing how he is, and we don’t want to rush him back,” Beane said via a pool report. “This gives us a chance to go ahead and count tonight’s game and three more on Injured Reserve, and hopefully we can get him back for the stretch run.”‘
Bills win first AFC East game of the season, beat Patriots 24-10
‘The Bills run game is running smoothing, James Cook and Devin Singletary doing the heavy lifting. Singletary starts the quarter with a 1-yard touchdown run.’
Buffalo Bills place Von Miller on the injured reserve list
‘The Bills remain hopeful Miller can return this season but he will miss at least the next four games. He will be eligible to return from injured reserve on January 2 against the Cincinnati Bengals.’
Buffalo Bills elevate WR John Brown from the practice squad to the active roster
‘The Bills signed Brown to the practice squad on November 26. He previously played 24 games across two seasons with the Bills in 2019 and 2020. He had 105 receptions for 1,518 yards and nine touchdowns.’
Buffalo Bills kicker Tyler Bass earns AFC Special Teams Player of the Month honors
‘In the month of November Bass converted 12 of 13 field goal attempts and scored an AFC-best 44 points.’
Leslie Frazier journey from HBCU to NFL
‘From 1978 to 1980, Frazier became a defensive force for the Braves, setting school records. In addition, Frazier was lining up with his former roommate and first-round pick Roynell Young. “Those relationships, and the way faculty members and the teachers taught me things. I don’t know if I would’ve learned that in other venues.”‘
4 Observations: Bills win third straight, beat New England to improve to 9-3
‘Neutralizing Judon: The Bills offensive line did a pretty good job of slowing down the NFL’s leader in sacks. The dynamic pass rusher came into the game with 13 sacks but was unable to get to Josh Allen. Their success against Judon is even more impressive when you consider the Bills were without starting left tackle Dion Dawkins. The Bills did a variety of things to slow Judon including double teams and chipping him with a back. He did draw one holding call but never made a splash, game-changing play.’
Bills placing LB Von Miller on injured reserve, expecting return before end of season
‘“We’ve been assessing Von this week and seeing how he is, and we don’t want to rush him back,” Beane said. “This gives us a chance to go ahead and count tonight’s game and three more on injured reserve. And hopefully we can get him back for the stretch run.”’
Buffalo fan palooza: Businesses bustle with Bills and Sabres fans
‘Many fans wanted to watch both games, planning their night in advance to make sure they didn’t miss any of the action.’
Carucci Take2: Bills impose physical dominance in another lopsided win vs. Patriots
‘Picking up where they left off in last January’s wild-card playoff meeting between the teams, the Bills did what the superior club should do on the way to a third win in a row and first this season in the AFC East. And they did it with a physically dominating, power-oriented offensive game plan that they hadn’t shown in a long time.’
Bills pass rusher Miller placed on IR, will miss at least next 4 games
‘The move will keep the two-time Super Bowl champion out of at least the next four games against the Patriots, New York Jets, Miami Dolphins and Chicago Bears.’
Bills Send Message in Pulverizing Pats 24-10
‘Credit oc Ken Dorsey with a solid game plan against Bill Belichick’s team. Balance. It’s all about balance. The Bills rushed the ball 37 times and passed 33 times. It’s the third time this season the Bills have run more than passed and in those games they’re 3-0. Yes, with Allen the bills are a passing team, but running the football well makes them very tough to beat.’
Bills dominate Patriots for third road win in twelve days
‘The Bills offense didn’t have a “perfect game” as they did against the Patriots in the playoffs last year. But Josh Allen and company did plenty enough to grab their third straight win.’
