‘Let’s call it one of the four biggest regular-season wins of the past six seasons. It was an instant classic, up there with the AFC East-clinching win over the Miami Dolphins in the 1990 season, which came with Frank Reich quarterbacking in the second last game of the season.’

How It Happened: Key plays, top stars as Buffalo Bills get walk-off win over Miami Dolphins
‘Kicker Tyler Bass sealed it, but quarterback Josh Allen did just about everything else in the Highmark Stadium thriller.’
Plays that shaped the game: TD pass with no time left in half shows Josh Allen doing Josh Allen things
‘Throw it away, right? No. Allen scrambled to his right as the seconds clicked down. Now a field goal was off the table. As Allen reached the right sideline, chased by defensive end Bradley Chubb, he slung a pass to the back of the end zone, where running back James Cook caught it for a touchdown.’
Report Card: Offense carries most of the weight in Bills’ big win over Miami
‘The only good thing is the Dolphins didn’t run the ball more. Miami gained 188 yards on 25 carries (7.5 per carry), with Raheem Mostert piling up 136 of those yards on just 17 carries. Mostert’s 67-yard run in the first quarter was one of the low points of the season for the Bills’ run defense. Safeties Jordan Poyer and Damar Hamlin couldn’t make the tackle, but they weren’t the only ones to blame. Hamlin had a couple of noticeable miscues in run defense, including on Salvon Ahmed’s second-quarter touchdown run. If there was an area the Bills were decent against the run, it was inside the red zone. After Mostert’s 67-yard run, he gained just 1 yard on a first-and-goal play from the Bills’ 4-yard line. Admittedly, that’s not much to celebrate, but that’s the sort of night it was for the run defense. Ed Oliver did have a tackle for loss.’
For Stefon Diggs, small market is no obstacle to deals
‘“I feel like if you’re good at what you do, they’ll find you,” said Diggs, during a community visit Tuesday night at the William-Emslie Family YMCA in Buffalo.’
Bills get thrilling win over Dolphins to clinch playoff spot in snow globe game
‘But then came the fourth quarter, and the lake effect machine started churning just when the Bills needed it most, and wouldn’t you know it, that’s right when everything finally turned in Buffalo’s direction.’
Bills Report Card: Josh Allen’s brilliant comeback over Dolphins leaves teammates in awe
‘The victory overshadowed a pretty lousy night as the Dolphins rushed for 188 yards and an average of 7.5 per play, season-worsts for the Bills in both categories. The Miami offensive line gouged the Bills’ front and opened gaping holes for Raheem Mostert and Salmon Ahmed.’
Bills’ Josh Allen has two word response for Dolphins fans at Highmark Stadium following 32-29 win
‘“Go home,” Allen yelled a few times before finally settling in for his interview.’
Why Bills’ Sean McDermott almost let air out of Josh Allen’s car tires after win over Dolphins
‘By the time he had reached the sideline, there was only one second left on the clock. So he scanned the end zone one last time and fired a prayer of a pass to rookie running back James Cook. After he let the ball go he slid to the turf, laid there for a moment, closed his eyes, and waited to hear if Bills Mafia cheered.’
Bills and snow show up when needed most vs. Dolphins (Report card)
‘Miami ran all over the Bills and Buffalo’s defensive front seemed to have no answer for the Dolphins’ run game. Led by Raheem Mostert, Miami rushed for 188 yards and one touchdown on 25 carries (7.5 yards per carry). Buffalo needs to go back to the drawing board to address their run defense and tackling.’
Snow fun league? Bills fans, media react to fans throwing snowballs during Dolphins game
‘Following the snowball warning, fans and media members reacted to the warning. Here are some of the top reactions.’
Watch Bills fans dig their seats out from under the snow ahead of Dolphins game

Bills earn gritty revenge win over Dolphins, clinch playoff spot for fourth straight season
‘Buffalo’s defense held Tua Tagovailoa down during the first half, but the Dolphins quarterback managed to produce a strong second half which helped Miami take a third-quarter lead before the Bills came back to take the win. Tagovailoa finished 17-of-30 passing for 234 yards and two touchdowns, with his leading receiver, Jaylen Waddle, recording three receptions for 114 yards, including a 67-yard touchdown. Raheem Mostert ran wild throughout the first half, with the Dolphins running back finishing the game with 17 carries for 136 yards and fellow RB Salvon Ahmed adding six carries for 43 yards and a touchdown.’
Five Takeaways: Wintry atmosphere makes for interesting environment as Allen, Bills march past Dolphins at Highmark
‘With that said, while the loss of Morse is significant, Allen’s production against the Dolphins certainly gives one room for positivity. For the past several weeks, Allen and the Bills’ passing game has looked a bit off. And although it began the second half anemically, the Buffalo offense gained steam as the second half progressed, with Allen making a few highlight reel plays in crucial moments throughout the game.’
Sabato: Josh Allen shows he’s still got some magic as Bills close out Dolphins, widen AFC East gap
‘Allen’s performance may again elicit calls that Buffalo’s offense is too quarterback-centric, accounting for 381 of the team’s 446 yards, including his second 300-yard passing game in the last eight games. But it was necessary to win the game.’
