‘“I just took it as an opportunity of, ‘Hey, how I can better myself?’ ” Brady said during an interview with The Buffalo News. “I didn’t wake up and was woe-is-me. It wasn’t pointing fingers, it was a point-the-thumb (at myself) and be like, ‘Regardless of anything, I didn’t get the job done.’ I wasn’t sitting there worrying about the next job. It was, ‘If I do get this opportunity again as a coordinator, what would I do differently? How would I change things?’ It was that as opposed to, ‘I need to call people and I need a job.’”’

Scouting Report: Bills’ running game has been picking up steam lately
‘Prediction: Bills 30, Jets 20.’
Bills Mailbag: How Von Miller’s contract practically guarantees he’ll be in Buffalo at least two more years
‘Miller’s six-year contract contains a maximum possible value of $120 million. It includes $45 million fully guaranteed at signing – his $18.525 million signing bonus; his base salaries in 2022 and 2023 of $1.12 million and $1.3 million, respectively; his 2023 roster bonus of $13.345 million; and $10.71 million of his 2024 base salary. Miller’s cap hit next season is scheduled to be $18.705 million. Once next regular season starts, Miller will count against the salary cap, just like all players on the active roster, injured reserve and practice squad do. The remainder of Miller’s 2024 base salary guarantees in March 2024. That’s why Miller’s contract is best viewed as “three years, then we’ll see.” There is no guaranteed money on his deal starting with the 2025 season.’
Voice of the Fan: No longer Miller Time, but still could be the Bills’ time
‘But the Bills have still lost only three games by eight total points, each of which came down to the end, and they easily coulda, shoulda won. They have played four at home versus eight on the road (counting the extra Detroit game) and are now once again the AFC top seed, although it is no longer Miller Time.’

Five Takes: Will Bills earn revenge win over Jets? Game preview and prediction for BUF-NYJ
‘The Bills’ loss to the Jets was Allen’s worst performance of the season to date and his only game without a touchdown pass through Buffalo’s first 12 games. The Bills’ QB finished his team’s Week 9 defeat 18-of-34 passing for 205 yards and a couple of picks, which equated to a passer rating of 46.8, his lowest mark since Week 17 of last season, when he posted a passer rating of 17 while throwing three interceptions during a 29-15 Bills’ win over the Atlanta Falcons.’

Buffalo Bills greats Jim Kelly, Andre Reed visit Colonie
‘”I’ve talked to (Allen),” Kelly said. “He don’t listen. He’s young. Boy, I’ll tell you what. Of course, I’m nervous like everybody else is because we know he’s the key ingredient to our team moving on in these playoffs and we have to make the playoffs first. I’m very confident in what we have out there, but we’ve just got to stay healthy and he’s the No. 1 ingredient to us making it all the way.”‘
Opinion: Jets at Bills: Sal’s keys, notes, and stats
‘The Jets have been struggling in the red zone, especially lately, only converting six of their last 18 trips into touchdowns. This included going 1-for-6 last week against the Minnesota Vikings, as the Jets sit tied for 26th in the NFL with an overall conversion percentage of 48.65%.’
Bills host the Jets: Buffalo looks for divisional revenge
‘After facing weeks of adversity, multiple feet of snow, and impactful injuries, the Buffalo Bills are currently ranked back up at first in the AFC East sitting at 9-3 in the season. However, one of the team’s most memorable games was the 20-17 Week 9 loss to the Jets.’
Brotherly bond: Bills TE Morris learned underdog mentality from his big brother, who is fighting for his life
‘”It kind of reminds me of just being an underdog. Evan’s a guy that pushed through everything and he had odds against him even as a kid. They said he wouldn’t be able to walk or run and I mean, look at him now. He’s probably one of the fastest, if not the fastest in the Special Olympics,” Quintin said.’
Bills fans ready to welcome team back for home game against New York Jets
‘“Feeling great that the Bills had to go on the road for three games after the monstrous snow storm. Little practice, little to no practice, fans had to help shovel them out, they went on the road to Detroit came back then went back to Detroit. They seem to own the last couple years—they own Thursdays,” said Genesse.’
Thad’s Three Things: Bills vs. Jets
‘Of the three, I think Milano might actually be the most important. His ability to erase run plays sideline to sideline and make 1-on-1 open field tackles has been second to none this year. I thought he was sorely missed in the loss to the Jets.’
