‘Turnovers, allowing an 81-yard touchdown run, no ground game when it was required and no answers for Minnesota Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson turned a 17-point lead late in the third quarter into a 33-30 overtime loss Sunday at Highmark Stadium.’

Plays that shaped the game: Cam Lewis laments Justin Jefferson’s miraculous catch
‘Leaping grab. Bills safety Cam Lewis took the blame for the play, which gained 32 yards and gave the Vikings the ball at the Buffalo 41. Cousins lobbed a pass for Jefferson up the right seam. It hung in the air. Jefferson leapt in the air with Lewis on his back, pulled it down with his right hand and then held on as he fell to the ground, even though Lewis for an instant had parts of both hands on the ball.’
Report Card: Too much sloppy football gets better of Bills
‘Allen simply has to start taking better care of the football. Over the past three weeks, he’s thrown six horrendous interceptions. Allen leads the NFL with 10 interceptions. That’s bad … but it’s made even worse by how mind-bendingly awful a lot of them have been. Allen has regressed into his 2018-19 form at the worst possible time, and there doesn’t even seem to be any real reason. He’s simply making terrible decisions with the football and refusing to take what the defense gives him. Allen did get a significant amount of help from his supporting cast Sunday. No. 1 receiver Stefon Diggs once again had a huge game, with 12 catches for 128 yards. The Bills also got six catches for 93 yards and a touchdown from No. 2 receiver Gabe Davis. Dawson Knox had 57 yards on four catches, and looked to have a legit beef that pass interference was not called against him on the play that preceded the interception that sealed the game. Nevertheless, it’s a positive sign for the offense to see Davis and Knox contribute at that level.’
Bills collapse in devastating 33-30 overtime loss to Vikings in NFL’s game of the year
‘Sorry if that offends the legions of Allen supporters who literally think he can do no wrong, but let’s be perfectly honest here: The Bills quarterback is suddenly doing a whole lot wrong and a once-promising season has taken a nasty and ugly detour.’
Bills choke again, Josh Allen’s reckless play leads to wild debacle against Vikings
‘What the hell were the Bills thinking late in the third quarter when they had fourth-and-2 at the 7? Rather than kick a field goal for a 30-17 lead, meaning the Vikings would need two TDs to win, they went for it and Allen threw his first pick. It was a horrendous coaching decision by Sean McDermott that played a major role in losing the game.
Despite ‘don’t blink’ mantra, Stefon Diggs thinks Buffalo Bills are doing just that
‘In Week 10, the Buffalo Bills blinked up 17 points and it ended up costing them the game.’
What happened between Josh Allen and Mitch Morse on Bills’ botched snap vs. Vikings?
‘Allen said the botched snap was on him. Morse wanted the blame put on his shoulders. However fans choose to frame the error, Morse called his role in the game-changing play “unacceptable.”’
After Justin Jefferson’s one-handed, game-saving grab, Bills DB has one regret
‘“I honestly thought it was over his head, but just got to be more aware of the situation,” he said. “F—– 4th and 22 – knock the ball down, bro.”‘
Josh Allen, Bills crumble in second half to Vikings, fall in OT 33-30 (Report card)
‘The season is far from over, but Buffalo has not looked anything like a Super Bowl contender as of late and a big part of that falls on the shoulders of Josh Allen.’
Vikings fan learns the hard way that breaking tables isn’t as easy as Bills Mafia makes it look
‘Unfortunately for the Vikings fan, it wasn’t enough contact and the table did not break. A+ effort, but an F for execution.’
Bills drop heartbreaker to red-hot Vikings; Buffalo falls to third in AFC East
‘For the second consecutive week, the Bills gave one away, leading the visiting Minnesota Vikings by as many as 17 points only to allow the Vikings to storm back, take a late lead in the fourth quarter and win the game, 33-30, in overtime.’
Five Takeaways: After Bills ugly loss to Vikings, is it time to hit the panic button?
‘After the Vikings took the lead on the defensive score, the Bills deserve credit for marching right down the field for a game-tying field goal while stopping Minnesota short of an opening-drive touchdown to begin overtime. However, with Allen throwing his sixth interception in three games, which increases his season total to 10, the most of any quarterback in the league, what once appeared to be a Bills’ rebound win ended in another bitter defeat. The loss brings questions as to where this team and its quarterback will go from here.’
Sullivan: An unfathomable loss challenges Bills’ belief amid Josh Allen’s midseason slump
‘For the third game in a row, they did not score a touchdown in the second half. The first time, against the Packers, was easy to rationalize. The second, as a huge underdog at the Jets, was a troubling development. Three times represents an all-out crisis.’
Sabato: A failure to keep the pedal to the floor costs Bills again
‘It was only a matter of time the worst crept back in. That was the narrative for Allen and the Bills throughout the game. They made plenty of big plays — evidenced by their 17-point third-quarter lead — but often followed them with a letdown.’
Bills Elvis is the 2022 Bills Fan of the Year
‘Recently Lang was honored as the 2022 Bills Fan of the Year, which makes him eligible for NFL fan of the year. Bills tackle Dion Dawkins told him the news.’
