Tremaine Edmunds ready to make those “splash plays”

‘”Really excited about Von being here,” Frazier told the media Tuesday. “We were excited when he signed with us and wanted to be a Buffalo Bill. So when I got here, we kind of started over from scratch, like we did with everything. And so, you look around and some staffs are small, some are big.
