Facing a 3rd and 2 from the Buccaneers’ seven-yard line, Bills QB Josh Allen threw a ball to Stefon Diggs. The two could not connect as Diggs appeared to be interfered with by cornerback Carlton Davis. Despite multiple officials having eyes on the play, no flag was thrown. Fans in attendance, however, took some photos that showed Davis clearly pulling on the front of Diggs’ jersey.’
