‘Hart was signed by the Tennessee Titans from the Bills practice squad in October. He played three games with Tennessee and was released November 15. Hart played the Colts in Week 8 (Oct. 31) while with Tennessee. If he is active on Sunday, he has a chance to face them again three weeks later.’
