‘Well, for starters, the Bills offensive line is in shambles. Who knew that losing rookie right tackle Spencer Brown would cause so many problems.’

Opinion: Capaccio: Arrow Up/Arrow Down: Bills at Jaguars
‘The Bills were called for an astounding 12 penalties for 118 yards. Five of them were for 15 yards, including three unnecessary roughness calls, two unsportsmanlike conduct penalties, and a roughing the passer. It was the most penalties they’ve been called for in a single game since 2019 and most penalty yardage since 2018. It was one of the most undisciplined games they’ve played in years.’
Buffalo Bills offense falls flat in 9-6 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars
‘Early in the fourth quarter the Jaguars took a 9-6 lead on a 21-yard field goal after a costly interception from Bills quarterback Josh Allen.’
Bills offense sputters in 9-6 loss to Jaguars
‘The offensive front was porous at best on Sunday. Josh Allen, the Jaguars linebacker, wreaked havoc all game long. He led Jacksonville with eight tackles. The 2019 first round pick also added a sack, an interception, and a fumble recovery.’
Bills lose sloppy game to Jaguars 9-6
‘The Bills lost the turnover battle 3-1, with Bills QB Josh Allen committing all three of those turnovers with two interceptions and a lost fumble.’
Josh Allen and Bills offense fail to find end zone in embarrassing, 9-6 loss to Jaguars
‘“Credit to them, they came out, they wanted it more. We had a lot of little things add up to big things. I put the ball in danger too often, bit us in the butt, played like s–t, excuse my language but that starts with me so I gotta be better for this team,” Allen said after the game.’
Offensive line dreadful in Bills loss to Jaguars
‘Nearly everyone on the offensive line needs to do more, even looking at just the stats. Jacksonville’s defense sacked Josh Allen four times, and registered eight total hits on the quarterback. Two of Allen’s three turnovers came as a direct result of pressure from the Jaguar defense.’
4 Observations: Jaguars upset Bills 9-6
‘The offensive line is an issue—period.’
Slow start: Bills sputter through loss in Jacksonville
‘Allen ran for 50-yards but otherwise, Buffalo running backs accounted for just eight yards combined.’
Bills’ offensive line exposed in Buffalo’s 9-6 loss to Jacksonville
‘The offensive line struggled to keep Allen clean, and center Mitch Morse said the team “has a sense of urgency now,” and they will all need to do some “soul searching” in the coming week as they prepare for a road game against the New York Jets next Sunday.’
Carucci Take2: Let’s slam the brakes on Super Bowl-bound Bills talk
‘For the second week in a row, the Bills faced a one-win opponent and played as if a victory would be granted simply for showing up. They did come out of their slumber in the second half of last week’s game against Miami. On Sunday, they napped all the way to a third loss. That’s three defeats in the AFC, which does nothing to help the old home-field-advantage discussion for the playoffs – if that’s even worth talking about now.’
Bills offense fails to score a touchdown in loss to Jags
‘The offensive line struggled mightily, allowing four sacks and putting Allen under pressure all day long. With Spencer Brown and Jon Feliciano both inactive with injuries, Ike Boettger and Cody Ford did not perform well in the starting lineup. The usual starters of Dion Dawkins, Mitch Morse, and Daryl Williams didn’t play much better.’
Bills suffer embarrassing loss to Jaguars
‘The Bills were able to get field goals on their first two drives of the game but followed that up with three punts, two interceptions, a fumble, and a turnover on downs.’
Bills loss to Jags is no aberration
‘The Jags really should have won by more. Jamal Agnew dropped a sure touchdown. Jacksonville had one of the weirdest hat tricks in sports when kicker Matthew Wright missed three consecutive tries on essentially the same field goal. The Jags were even the team with the most important player sitting out injured in running back James Robinson.’
Bills lose in stunning fashion to Jaguars
‘The first half was some of the worst football we have seen from the Bills in the Sean McDermott era. The offense was a mess, beginning with an early drive in the red zone that once against resulted in failure and a field goal.’
