‘Brown being out highlighted what has been a consistent problem for the Bills on the interior of their offensive line. With rookie Spencer Brown out the Bills moved Williams back out to tackle, Jon Feliciano from left to right guard, and started Ike Boettger at left guard. The Bills struggles in the run game could be mostly attributed to the lack of push from the interior. That includes Feliciano, center Mitch Morse, and Boettger. Allen wasn’t sacked at all but he was hit five times and had to do a lot to maneuver in a muddled pocket for most of the first half and beyond.’

Cole Beasley plays Dr. Frankenstein, brings Bills offense to life (Encouraged/worried)
‘Get well soon, Spencer Brown. Without their young right tackle, Buffalo’s offensive line was in disarray on Sunday. The unit struggled almost completely across the board on Sunday leading to the run game having little success and Josh Allen having to drop the ball off quickly throughout the game. If anything, today’s performance should be a wakeup call for Buffalo’s front office to look for any upgrades possible along the line at the trade deadline.’
Bills’ Cole Beasley says ‘weight lifted’ after quitting Twitter amid vaccine dust-up
‘Beasley’s declining target share and decision to log off Twitter for good may be unrelated. But how the 32-year-old slot receiver has performed the past two games shows his value in the Bills offense. Buffalo managed just five first downs and went 1-for-6 on third down in the first 30 minutes against a Dolphins team that outplayed the AFC East leading Bills.’
Bills’ Josh Allen erases slow start with elite play late vs. Dolphins (Week 8 report card)
‘The Bills shuffled their offense line around with Spencer Brown out of action with a bad back. Daryl Williams moved from right guard to right tackle, Jon Feliciano flipped from left guard to right guard and Ike Boettger started at left guard. The end result of the shuffling? A performance to forget.’
Phil Mickelson: Bills’ Josh Allen’s Halloween costume is ‘seductive’
‘Perhaps Allen was also giving Mickelson a shoutout in hopes of joining him on the links for next year’s Capital One “The Match.”’
Five takeaways: Bills absorb slow start, hand Dolphins seventh straight defeat
‘Oliver’s performance on Sunday stood out, as the third-year player came through with perhaps his best effort of the season to help make things difficult on Tagavailoa and the Dolphins’ passing offense.’
Sullivan: Josh Allen channels inner Mickelson to shrug off listless first half
‘During training camp, the Bills PR staff arranged for Mickelson to address the team remotely after winning the PGA Championship at 50 to become the oldest man to win major. He spoke for half an hour and stressed the importance of not bending to frustration, of finding your competitive Zen.’

Bills Wake Up In Second Half To Beat Dolphins 26-11
‘Call it what you want, all that mattered was Allen finally finding his groove in time to pull out a 26-11 victory over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.’
Buffalo Bills’ Cole Beasley says deactivating his Twitter account was a ‘weight lifted’
‘”When I first got here, I got away from [social media], and then things happen,” Beasley said after the Bills’ 26-11 win over the Miami Dolphins. “And the issues that we have at hand, and I just felt like I needed to take responsibility for the guys that couldn’t.”‘
Bills’ Cole Beasley says ‘weight lifted’ from him after deactivating his Twitter account
‘”It’s good for me to get back to where I wanted to be, and it’s not on there,” Beasley said in a report by Syracuse.com. “The real world is out here and not there. Most people say things on there that you don’t want to hear. … I feel like I did the right thing and I’m going to stay off it.”‘
Stefon Diggs and Justin Jefferson trade, revisited: How WRs compare since Bills, Vikings 2020 swap
‘The Vikings later used the first-round pick on Justin Jefferson, a rookie receiver out of LSU. While the Bills looked like the winner of the Diggs trade at the time, the Vikings selecting Jefferson ended up making this a far more balanced trade.’
Bills use solid second half to beat Dolphins
‘Despite a slow start on Sunday afternoon in Orchard Park, the Buffalo Bills use a solid second half performance to down the visiting Miami Dolphins, 26-11 at Highmark Stadium. With the win, Buffalo has earned a seventh-straight victory over their AFC East rival dating back to the 2018 season.’
Opinion: High bars
‘If you’re worried about the form the Bills are in, I understand. Struggling before ultimately pulling away late to win comfortably was not what many of us had in mind. Yet, it was a 15-point win.’
Opinion: Capaccio: Arrow Up/Arrow Down: Dolphins at Bills
‘As good as the second half was for the Bills offense, they needed all of it because the first half was the opposite. They gained only 122 total yards, five first downs, went just 1-for-6 on third down, and didn’t even cross the Dolphins 20 yard line, scoring only three points.’
