‘“There definitely is (pressure) when you’re drafted No. 2 overall,” Trubisky said. “I mean, I only started one year at North Carolina, but I played in a lot of games and you’re playing in one of the biggest markets in the country, and it’s a tough football town. I went out there and won games, I continued to get better, and I’m just happy to be right where I am now. People are always going to have something to say about your journey and what everything goes to, but not everybody could have done what I did, and I’m proud of where I’m at now. I’m just ready to continue to embrace the process and embrace this team and be a part of a great organization. I believe I am where I am now for a reason and you just got to believe that and continue to move forward and get better.”’
