‘During Erie County’s weekly COVID-19 briefing, Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz discussed a plan to allow full attendance at both Bills and Sabres games. Poloncarz says the county supports returning all fans to Highmark Stadium and the KeyBank Center this fall; however, under the county’s plan, all fans and staff would be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.’

Marv Levy named to the Canadian Football Hall of Fame Class of 2021
‘Levy coached the Montreal Alouettes from 1973-1977. He led the CFL team to three Grey Cup appearances in five years, winning two of them during the 1974 and 1977 seasons. In 1974, Levy served as both the general manager and head coach and was named the Coach of the Year after his first Grey Cup victory. He finished his time in Montreal with a 43-31-4 regular season record and a 7-3 record in the postseason.’
Bills Today | Mel Kiper picks these two players for the Bills in his latest mock draft
‘With starting defensive ends Jerry Hughes and Mario Addison over the age of 30, the Bills need to get younger on the edge. They took AJ Epenesa in Round 2 last year, but that’s not enough. The speedy pass-rusher Ojulari had 8.5 sacks and three forced fumbles last season. Cornerback and running back are other positions Buffalo could target.’
After mostly passing on edge rusher in free agency, will Bills find one in draft?
‘Picking 30th, they might have a tough time finding a player with a genuine first-round grade. They could always trade up, which would be consistent with the history and reputation of General Manager Brandon Beane. It’s also possible a legit first-round edge rusher, or two, could fall to the Bills as teams with other pressing needs make their selections.’
Buffalo Bills fans love their game-day beer and weed, study finds
‘However, Bills fans said they drank even more when Buffalo was winning. In that category they came in fourth at 54%. Filling out the rest of the Top 5: the Indianapolis Colts (51%), Atlanta Falcons (55%), Jacksonville Jaguars (56%) and Baltimore Ravens (58%).’
Bills’ Josh Allen has advice for NDSU’s Trey Lance when it comes to doubters
‘“Trey, what’s up man? Josh Allen with the Bills here. Let me tell you something,” says Allen. “You’re always going to have doubters. I’ve heard it all before. You’re not good enough to play quarterback in the NFL. You’re untested. Your competition is too weak. Ignore them. Get on the field and let your game do the talking. It’s time to make some noise, Trey.”’
Opinion: Where Bills stand at numbers at each position
‘While there are obviously fewer numbers at several positions, two of them stand out and look much lighter than others: Offensive line and defensive back, and especially safety in the secondary.’
Bills Today | Where the Bills rank on the AFC’s hierarchy
‘Buffalo elevating this high is a credit to the methodical decisions made by coach Sean McDermott and his hand-picked general manager, Brandon Beane, since their arrival in 2017. By the time McDermott’s fundamental defense experienced a so-so year in 2020, the offense was fully formed enough to pick up the slack. I like the value in the Bills re-signing Matt Milano and tackle Daryl Williams. I love the offensive core of players, the coaching staff and most of the defensive core. The Bills could still use help in the defensive front seven via the draft, but their floor should be as a double-digit-win team.’
NFL draft preview: Offensive tackle depth could benefit Bills
‘None of this year’s tackles might be as good as the top four from last year’s outstanding class. But this year’s class is deeper.’

The only fan bases who recorded a higher percentage than Bills fans were those who support the Atlanta Falcons (86%), Jacksonville Jaguars (86%) and Arizona Cardinals (85%).’
