‘But, if you’re wondering why the line on tonight’s game is a “pick” it’s because of San Francisco’s defense.’

Bills still can’t pull away from Dolphins, Pats
‘What’s interesting is how the Dolphins are winning. Their offense is pedestrian, ranking in the middle of the league in points scored. But Miami’s defense ranks second in the NFL in fewest points surrendered and its highly proficient special teams have been the key to an unexpected eight victories.’
Take Five: Bills have another chance to show they’re ready for prime time
‘Allen is among the top quarterbacks in the NFL. Mullens isn’t. He is filling in for injured Jimmy Garoppolo.’
3 matchups to watch: Bills vs. San Francisco 49ers
‘The Niners have an elite left tackle in Trent Williams, so Mario Addison has a tough challenge this week. But the two guards (Laken Tomlinson and Colton McKivitz) and center (Daniel Brunskill) are vulnerable. The Bills need to win the middle of the line of scrimmage.’

‘Prediction: Bills 27, 49ers 19.’
Bills’ patience with Tyler Bass is beginning to pay off
‘“It means everything to me,” Bass said of the coaching staff sticking with him through his early season struggles. “Went through some tough times and they never flinched, they always had my back, and that’s something that I’m never going to forget. That’s something that’s going to drive me each and every day. But I would say I’m starting to get more experience, more comfortable in the situation, just getting more used to the atmosphere and just trying to be myself. That’s all I can do.”’
Bills and fans get national spotlight, but there’s still nostalgia for those 1 p.m. Sunday games
‘“It definitely messes with your rhythm,” former Bills center and team analyst Eric Wood said, “but it’s something I’m glad they get to get used to before the playoffs start because once the playoffs start, there’s only one game each week that’s Sunday at 1, so the better they can get used to adapting to a different schedule, the better.”‘
Prime-time will be where the Bills live for the next month, starting Monday vs. 49ers
‘This is going to be a much tougher game than Bills fans might think if you simply looked at the 49ers 5-6 record, the fact that they’re playing Mullens at QB, and that they’ve been ravaged by injuries to some of their best players. What I see is a resilient team relying on a stout defense that has really improved through the season, and an offense that now has three key players back in Samuel, Aiyuk and Mostert.’
Buffalo Bills vs. San Francisco 49ers 2020: Preview, odds, predictions for Week 13
‘Monday night has been a miserable one for Bills fans this century. Buffalo hasn’t won an official Monday Night Football game since 1999 when it beat Miami, 23-18. The Bills have gone 0-7 over the past 21 years. They technically won on Monday in 2014 when their game against the New York Jets moved to Detroit. They lost against the Kansas City Chiefs in a similar re-scheduled game earlier this season on a Monday.’
How to watch Bills at 49ers on Monday Night Football: TV channel, time, live stream information
‘The Bills Mafia can only hope that the defense is returning to form as the unit has played significantly better as of late. According to a press release from the Bills, Buffalo’s defense has combined for 29 sacks and takeaways (19 sacks, 10 takeaways) since Week 7. This is good for second the NFL behind the New Orleans Saints. Buffalo’s sack percentage over that time, 9.9%, is also second in the NFL.’
Five takes: Bills getting healthier as they take on damaged, desperate 49ers team
‘As vital as it’ll be to stop the running attack of the 49ers, it may be as crucial for the Bills to get their own running game going. Buffalo had their second-best rushing day of the season last week against the Los Angeles Chargers, taking 30 carries for 172 yards – a mark that was just short of Buffalo’s season-best 190 yards accumulated against the Patriots in Week 8.’

Upbeat Josh Norman Finds Peace In First Season In Buffalo
‘“You think about New York, you think about busy streetlights and all that other stuff,” said Norman, who is from South Carolina. “But coming to Buffalo, it’s kind of got a little southern taste. So that’s a good feeling. … I felt like I was home.”’
Do the 49ers play today? NFL schedule, start time for Week 13 game vs. Bills
‘San Francisco (5-6) will welcome the Bills (8-3) for a Monday Night Football matchup, sort of. The game will actually be played at State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals, due to COVID-19 rules recently enacted in the 49ers’ home county, Santa Clara County, California. Regardless, San Francisco will be looking for another win to continue a push back into the NFC playoff picture, while the Bills will try to hold on to the AFC East lead.’
Opinion: Bills at 49ers: Sal’s keys, notes and stats
’49ers wide receivers Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk will both be on the field for only the fifth time this season and the first since October 25. Since then, in the two games Aiyuk played without Samuel, he totaled 15 catches for 166 yards and two touchdowns. In the one game Samuel played without Aiyuk, he grabbed 11 passes for 133 yards. Now, the Bills will have to figure out a way to cover both of them, including as runners. Between the two of them, Samuel and Aiyuk have carried the ball 11 times for 75 yards and 2 TDs on the season.’
