‘This is the stretch where we find out if the Bills are for real.’

Will Bills or Rams remain unbeaten?
‘But this will be L.A.’s first real test as Dallas is only 1-1 because of a miracle onside kick that sealed the Cowboys’ rally from 15 points down in the final five minutes against Atlanta. And Philadelphia is 0-2, the same record as Buffalo’s first two victims – the Jets and Dolphins – opened with.’
Rams’ Tyler Higbee will be start of NFL tight end gauntlet for Bills’ defense
‘Higbee might not be elite from an athleticism standpoint, but he’s a big target who ranked sixth in the NFL in catches among tight ends last season with 69. And he caught three touchdown passes in the Rams’ 37-19 win at Philadelphia last Sunday.’
Take Five: Bills can enhance leaguewide respect by beating Rams
‘Beating the Rams wouldn’t carry the same weight as, say, knocking off the Kansas City Chiefs or Seattle Seahawks. But it would do plenty to reinforce the notion the Bills are a legitimate top-five NFL club.’
Josh Allen cereal sales robust through strong start to the season
‘Ballou, whose company produced “Flutie Flakes” when Doug Flutie was with the Bills, told The Buffalo News on Wednesday that, within the last week or so, 75,000 boxes of the cereal were shipped to about 60 Wegmans stores, including locations in North Carolina. Ballou said sales are “on the same trajectory” as those for “Mahomes Magic Crunch,” named after Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.’
Zack Moss, Dawson Knox both ruled out of Bills game vs. Rams by Sean McDermott
‘This means Devin Singletary will get the bulk of the work at running back with T.J. Yeldon as his backup. Yeldon has been inactive the first two weeks. In place of Knox, Tyler Kroft will likely step in, and one would expect that Lee Smith – inactive the first two weeks – will get his first playing time.’
Bills RB Zack Moss, TE Dawson Knox won’t play Sunday vs. Rams
‘With Moss out, the Bills will likely turn to veteran depth running back T.J. Yeldon to serve as starter Devin Singletary’s backup against the Rams. Fantasy football owners who have Singletary on their roster should make sure he’s in the starting lineup this week. Yeldon should get some work but Singletary likely to get the bulk of the carries against the Rams.’
Bills injury update: Matt Milano practices in full, Tremaine Edmunds still limited; both questionable vs. Rams
‘Both Tremaine Edmunds (shoulder) and Matt Milano (hamstring) were listed as questionable on Friday’s injury report. Milano was a full participant in practice after being limited on Wednesday and Thursday. It seems like he has a good chance of playing on Sunday. Edmunds is a bit more of a question mark. He was in a red non contact jersey all week and was listed as limited again on Friday.’
Jalen Ramsey reveals latest take on Josh Allen ahead of Bills vs. Rams
‘“He presents challenges,” Ramsey said. “Every week you have to face a new challenge, and this is our third week so we have to face the challenge of him and that Bills’ offense. He has some weapons around him. He can make plays running the ball and extending plays, etc, etc. … Kind of the things everyone knows about him. But I’m confident in what I can do and this Rams’ defense can do, and that’s kind of what matters the most to me and the guys around here.”’
Ben Roethlisberger 2.0? Bills’ Josh Allen called ‘rebirth’ of Steelers QB by Rams’ John Johnson
‘“He’s like the rebirth of Ben Roethlisberger,” safety John Johnson told the media via Rams Wire. “Huge arm, huge body. I remember just watching him take off and run and I’m like, ‘OK, you’ve really got to have a tackling plan for him.’ He’s not going to go down easy, he’s not going to slide, he’s not going to run out of bounds, so you really have to have a plan. He just has a powerful arm, sometimes to a fault. So you’ve just got to make sure we stay deeper than the deepest and go from there. We can’t let any balls go over our heads.”’
Bills’ injuries beginning to mount as Milano and Edmunds both questionable for Sunday; Knox, Moss both out
‘If the Bills hope to come away with a win over LA, having Milano and Edmunds out there and ready to go will be two big pieces to the puzzle.’
Talbot has grown a following as Bills beat reporter
‘“Matt does all the travel, so I don’t have to worry about going to all the away games and then trying to figure out a way to get back home in time, because that would be impossible for the start of the school week and things like that,” Talbot said. “My job is to handle any kind of breaking news on game day because again, he’s going to the stadiums, sometimes they don’t have TVs in the press box, so anything that might be said on pregame shows with injuries and things like that. I cover that to make sure it gets out there quickly.”’

Bills Missing Backup RB Moss For Game Vs Rams
‘Linebackers Tremaine Edmunds and Matt Milano are questionable. Both players were injured in Buffalo’s season opener and missed last week’s win over Miami. Edmunds (shoulder) was a limited participant at Friday’s practice, while Milano (hamstring) was a full participant.’
Rams CB Jalen Ramsey Will Be Missing Bills Fans This Week
‘“I played them and they’re loud, and especially they have a good team now so they would have been for sure hyped up. I don’t think they like me that much so, so they probably would have gave me a little extra,” Ramsey said. “I love it, though.”‘
