‘Bills rookie kicker Tyler Bass had a tough first couple kicks in his first NFL game. Bass ended 2-4 missing from 38 and 34 yards away. Bass’s first kick was a close one and ruled wide right, but after a closer look, it seemed like it did sneak in. The call was not changed, and it stayed no good. The rookie was able to make his last two kicks and made all three PATs. McDermott has not lost confidence in Bass saying that there has been a first time for all of us.’
