Bills DT Ed Oliver’s DWI, gun charges dismissed

‘Blood tests determined that Oliver was not intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance. Montgomery County police have been directed by the court to return Oliver’s gun to him now that the case has been dismissed.’
