You hear about everyone around the country that’s being affected by this – not just by getting sick but economically taking a hit also,” explained Mitch. “I think the thing that stuck out to me and Caitlin the most was the kids everywhere who were getting these meals at schools but can’t right now. ‘The Miami Dolphins lured cornerback Byron Jones away from the Dallas Cowboys for a free-agent contract worth $16.5 million a year. The five-year deal is valued at $82.5 million with a $15 million signing bonus. According to multiple reports, $54 million is guaranteed. The deal is good news for Buffalo cornerback Tre’Davious White – and there will be more good news to come for the Bills’ Pro Bowler.’

‘In 14 games with Buffalo, Jones recorded one catch for 11 yards. Most of his contributions came on special teams. While Jones will likely help on special teams it’s unlikely that he will be part of the team’s running back competition behind Devin Singletary.’

‘The nice part about the Jefferson signing is that he can play both on the edge and move inside to tackle. When it comes to position flexibility, departing edge rusher Shaq Lawson had the most on the defensive line. He was able to move inside when needed. Jefferson now takes over that role while also being able to provide the push inside that the Bills lose with Jordan Phillips’ departure.’

‘Obviously he knows McDermott because he played for him one season when he was still the defensive coordinator in Carolina. But Butler will also have former DC Eric Washington, who is now the Bills’ defensive line coach. Butler had his success last season partly because of the continuity built on the Panthers line. He will join forces again with Addison in Buffalo, and he played one season with Lotulelei before he left Carolina for the Bills.’
