Bills Mailbag: Grading each of Buffalo’s additions in free agency
‘Mario Addison: One of the more underrated players in the NFL, Addison has had nine-plus sacks in four consecutive seasons, which is the second-longest streak among active players. He has totaled 39 sacks in those four seasons. He’s an upgrade over Shaq Lawson as a pass rusher. Addison will be 33 in September, but the Bills should know better than most teams what he has left, given his Carolina connection. He’s going to fit nicely into the “culture.” Additionally, the contract he signed is easy enough to get out of after one year if his production drops. Grade: A-.”
