Lack of execution costs Bills in loss to Ravens
‘“Anytime one of us makes a bad play, I had a couple obviously, they do a great job of keeping us positive,” Knox said of his veteran teammates. “I just have to get better, keep working on on my hands, keep getting on the jugs machine. It’s unacceptable for me. Obviously, I’m expecting to make that play so, I just have to continue to get better.”’
4 Observations: Bills lose to Ravens 24-17
‘Turning point. There were only 2 turnovers in the game and they were both committed by the quarterbacks. What happened following those turnovers went a long way in deciding the outcome of the game. Josh Allen fumbled at the end of the 1st quarter and the Ravens took over possession at the 24-yard line. Baltimore promptly turned Allen’s mistake into a touchdown, 5 plays later. Later in the 2nd quarter, Tremaine Edmunds intercepted a Lamar Jackson pass near midfield but the Bills offense failed to capitalize on the miscue and would punt the ball back to the Ravens. Elite teams turn other team’s mistakes into td’s.’
Bills fans remain optimistic despite loss to the Baltimore Ravens
‘“I’m super disappointed,” said Bills fan Deborah Bulera. “However, I’m not like giving up on the fact that Buffalo bills will do what they have to do and fight through and get to the point where they gotta be a winning team, we’re already winners.”’
Bills Gameday Recap: Week 14 vs. Ravens
‘Although the loss is a setback for a team trying to clinch a postseason berth for just the second time in two decades, a strong defensive performance against the league’s best offense, and a gutsy effort to make it close at the end are two things Bills fans can lean on.’
Bills loss to Ravens hardly reason to panic
‘Even if the Bills lose rockfights to New England and division winner X that are as uneasy on the eyeballs as this Ravens game, it’s still not a reason to panic. It just means Brandon Beane’s work is not done. It means the Bills aren’t a finished Super Bowl product just yet.’

Top 3 things we learned from Bills vs. Ravens | Week 14
‘“I think they had 90-something yards in the first half,” said head coach Sean McDermott of the Ravens offense. “Second half Hayden Hurst came up with a big play. We busted and had a lack of execution there. But overall I thought our defense did a phenomenal job.”’
Quote Sheet | No moral victories for the Bills after a tough loss to Baltimore
‘“But listen where we are as an organization, the way we’ve built this thing and the progress we made, our mindset is to go win the football game and to win every game. We respect every opponent. Maybe the first year, possibly. But where we are now, we expect to win these games late in the year. It’s a great environment out there. It’s been a long time since there’s been an environment like that around here and I’m happy for the fans, but I’m also disappointed we lost the football game. There’s no moral victories. We have to learn from it and continue to grow as an organization.”’
Inactives | Ty Nsekhe the only injured Bills inactive player

Bills Today | Will Buffalo get the opportunity to see Baltimore again?
‘“We want to win ballgames,” Jerry Hughes said. “We understand playing it close and keeping guys under their milestones is great but to go out and get a W against a playoff caliber team who we know we will see again. It’d be great to get that W and give the home crowd what they rightfully deserve.”’
Bills’ John Brown still mentored by Pop Warner youth football coaches
‘“We taught him to be humble,” Sony told The Buffalo News this week. “Even though he had skills, we taught him to not think that he was above anybody else, just to play his game and stay humble. And being humble, you can go farther, instead of thinking you’re better than this person or that person. You always have respect for the game and the other people that you’re playing with.”’

‘Hauschka has the lowest field-goal percentage (71.4) of his 12-year NFL career with 20 or more attempts; he is 15 of 21. He also has missed two of 28 extra-point tries. The Bills are 9-3 and playing one of their most important games in years against the 10-2 Baltimore Ravens on Sunday at New Era Field. Time to step things up.’
