Bills follow NFL-wide preseason trend: Penalties are up

‘The Bills have had double-digit penalties each of the past two exhibition games. They had 11 for 100 yards at Carolina and 12 for 106 yards at Detroit. The Bills have been called for 36 penalties in three games (30 have been accepted).’
