‘The Bills will probably have a different No. 1 wide receiver on a weekly basis in 2019. Zay Jones, John Brown and Robert Foster all have qualities that could make them a top target on any given week for Allen. But who is getting the No. 1 receiver reps in practice? In the first two weeks of OTAs it was Jones who seemed to be the man. His familiarity with offensive coordinator Brian Daboll’s offense combined with the chemistry he built with Allen in year one have him primed for a jump in his third season. But Brown is the only 1,000-yard receiver the Bills have on their roster. And Foster’s big play ability is eye-popping. It’s going to be worth watching throughout the year to see who is the top receiver target for Allen in 2019.’
