The tangible things that you can measure are through the roof. The second things is, and you wouldn’t see it unless you spent time with him, is how he’s a connector of men and people. He can bring people together. People tend to gravitate to him. That is an encouraging thing for the organization, and for guys that are going to come to Buffalo and they’re going to come and play in this city and this organization, is to have that guy, the bell-cow, the quarterback, be that type of guy.”‘
